The room is clean and very close to the lake! The air conditioning in Room 202 I stayed in was also very good, the hot water in the shower was also good, the front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was great, including porridge, meatball porridge, rice, vegetables, delicious pig's feet, delicious sausages, coffee, and juice , fruits...not many varieties but super good! recommend!

Book a room easily, no need to pay first.Stay 7 June, pay at check-in. There is no key deposit fee.The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is no elevator.Complete equipment may not be complete over time. There are slippers provided as well.There are also free bicycles to borrow.Breakfast buffet is on the first floor. It's an open area. A line of all types of food, salads, porridge, steamed rice, bread, sausages, fried eggs, minimalist tea, coffee, but unlimited.All in all, 800 per night is a good value.

Great price and friendly staff. It’s a 3 star hotel that works if you’re on a budget. Water was warm in the shower and bed was clean. Fridge was cold and ac worked. Only 1 star off because our AC unit was a little noisy. Greta budget spot! You can walk right down to the water in less than a minute. Location is aweosme.

Good location for walk around riverside of Kwan Payao and in the morning you can contact for kayak to rowing at here .good for relax two or three around here have a good restaurant and bar have old town view special is temple in middle of Kwan Payao you must go there guy.

The hotel is in an alley not far from Around Kwan Phayao Road, the hotel is not old or new. It's spacious and looks clean. Comfortable to stay.The receptionist is very good, smiling and polite.Breakfast is a buffet. There is a fair amount of food to choose from. There is an automatic coffee maker too, this one is the best.There aren't many parking spaces...if it's full you can park on the street.Come to Phayao and will stop by to stay again. Take a leisurely walk along the lakeside. In front of the alley there is a bar with music, very ok.

The door at the back of the room cannot be locked. The cleanliness in the room is average, parking is limited, so you have to park outside the hotel.Breakfast is delicious and has a variety of bread, orange juice, milk and coffee available.The staff provide good service.

Everything is ok. Except for the view of room 204 I woke up completely shocked. The bedroom smells a bit, probably because of the rainy season. But I can ask for the spray that they found. Plenty of food in the morning.

I was very impressed with every service I could think of, such as friendliness, etc. Especially the breakfast, which was plentiful even though there were not many people staying. The receptionist was welcoming. Talk in a friendly manner...I intend to If you come or friends come to Phayao I'll take you to stay and eat breakfast and coffee together. That's my first choice...see you soon. Thank you very much for taking care of me the past 3-4 times.
