Stayed in room 2/208, opened the window and saw pigeon poop all over the balcony. And then there's water flooding the room again. The technician made the floor uneven and the drain pipe. Built at a high level, the water was unable to flow and flow, so the water flooded the room. I went to inform the operator to change to room 204, but it appeared that the room on the third floor, 304, had an aggressive ghost dragging a chair all night. I don't know what was dragging it. Since 8:00 p.m. Until midnight, which isn't like this anymore. Who would do this? I stayed in room 204, but room 304 on the upper floor wouldn't stop dragging a chair. Until I had to walk up to see for myself if anyone was there or not. It turned out that no one was staying. It was so scary. I went down to ask the staff at the 7-Eleven in front. Are there ghosts here? The employee at 7-Eleven said there was nothing. Go back and ask at reception. It appears that from 10 p.m. there will not be a single receptionist sitting at the counter. There's something strange about this hotel. In the end, I had to move from room 204 back to room 208 as usual. As for the breakfast, it was like making food for soldiers to eat. Not impressed at all In summary, it's not good. Went to stay once and won't go to stay again.

- WIFI sucks, how many times has it been on and off? I go down and report it to the community every time. Come again and it's the same. I really don't plan on improving anything! The owner of the school, please come and read some of the comments before all the customers run away.- The room smells bad. Please help improve the smell. I think the messenger at your school might have a problem. Take good care of the quality.

When visiting old friends from school in Phichit, I like to stay here because it looks luxurious, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and there's plenty of parking. When booking a room, it's a room that can see the front, looking down and seeing cars.

Have stayed many times already Try to give it a chance But it didn't get any better. Last time, the room had the smell of an old resident's turtle stuck in the room. No matter what I did, it wouldn't go away. I sprayed the deodorant on it and it didn't go away. This time it was like the bed sheets hadn't been changed because there was a wrinkle in the middle and there were hairs... like I had opened the blanket. old furniture The shower in the bathroom was very dirty, never washed, had black stains like it had been through a battlefield a lot. The advantages are that there is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel. It is a hotel built in a modern style in Phichit with not many options. The price is reasonable. The disadvantages are that the school is very old compared to the places where we stayed before Covid. (Last stay in 2023) Outside the balcony, looking from the parking lot, you can see the old condition. Rust had eaten away at the barriers to the point that some of them appeared to have fallen off. Pigeon poops in the air conditioner next to Nick until it's thick. The bathroom has black stains along the tiles. The edge of the ceiling cornice is loose. Cleanliness is considered acceptable but not excellent. There are a lot of insects. In the bedroom, there were 3 bed bugs found. Breakfast has few options. Fresh coffee used to be delicious, but the last time it was like someone who didn't know how to make it made it and ended up having to put it away.
