Really nice place to stay when in the city. Price is great and the the management keeps the place very clean. You can always tell how clean a place is by the floors. These are polished and nice. No frills here but very clean and roomy with a good location. I was greeted with a smile and they were expecting me. That is always a plus! Happy to check-in and very satisfied with the staff. Will stay here again for sure.

Very bad hotel. They have very hard mattresses and staff didn’t speak any foreign language. The bathroom was dirty. Wouldn’t come back, not recommended.

Located in the city, the accommodations are clean, quiet, and there is a daaf below. Note that the doormat doesn't stick to the floor, risking slipping.

The room is good according to the price. Two bottles of drinking water, hair conditioner, two packets of orange Sunsilk are provided in the single bed room. The air conditioner is very cold. I stayed in room 202. There might be some squeaking noises. There is no doubt that it is the sound of the sliding door. If left open there will be no sound. The water heater works and the toilet flushes a little loudly. The refrigerator's cooling sound will work intermittently. The wooden wardrobe has 3 hangers. The bed is comfortable if you are not a bed-ridden person. Overall, I think it's worth the price. The staff are friendly.

As for the security guards, there should be training in talking with customers and verbalizing them, thinking that they are guinea pigs or gangsters controlling the alley.

We really liked this place, the price is very reasonable, stuff was always nice and friendly. The room was cool enough to sleep without AC + mosquito net in the balcony, so there was always fresh air (very rare thing in Thailand)

Everything is very old. Restored. Cobwebs, there are small cockroaches. There were 2 birds living in my soul. The audibility is terrible. You can hear everything on the street, in the neighbors, and in the hallway. The bed was planks, the mattress was very hard, my back hurt in the morning. At the reception they don't speak English at all, which is strange for a hotel. There is parking for a car. There is a mini store at the reception. Add 100b and shoot much better.
