Honest reviews, we are not always prepared to give them:Firstly, book this hotel through a separate website, not direct, significantly cheaper, up to 79% off. Their website had false marketing with “last room” and that your getting the best price on their website. When questioned, they argue. I found 2 websites offering half the price I had paid and they refused to provide any significant token for the differences or reduce the fees when shown.Secondly, the staff are polite but not very considerate with services and there is a notable disagreement in their approach. Maybe this is a function of its management.Thirdly, when being taken to my room in the rain I was not provided an umbrella. Most of the place is open air to get to rooms. Whilst this is not a major problem, there is a typhoon off the coast, it would have been more comfortable.Fourth, I was offered an airport transfer at a “discounted price” which was actually the exact price of private ride off the street. “Trying to appear like your giving a deal/ service is not the same as a deal/ service”.As for the place. It a bit of a maze, not for those who cannot use stairs easily. The facilities are very new, reasonable services are offered (massage $$, food $$$). It is very clean and the views are amazing from the pool and sky deck. It may be a little sterile / concrete jungle if you are expecting a “lush Thai” experience. The food at the resultant is triple the price of local restaurants also. When getting the happy hour drink and chicken satay it has to the the smallest serve of satay on the planet. The pool is more a photo shoot opportunity rather than for swimming. As there is alot of concrete I expect this area will be very hot in summer. The Studio room was actually pretty amazing, mostly positives here apart from the price.Enjoyed the spa, very comfortable bed, lovely tv lounge area. The only downside was finding the light switches for being able to turn lights off to sleep. The games rooms are mediocre especially consider it rains a lot, yet, the gym is ok with 5-6 machines.Enjoyed parts but not all.

We stayed for a week and I would recommend that before booking at this hotel you evaluate other options that are surely better. The first impression was disastrous: as soon as you arrive they ask you for proof of the reservation and a deposit of €100 in cash or a card charge that they indicate will not be returned until 3 weeks after check out. They accompany us to our room and we discover that it has views of a corridor of rooms through which hardly any light enters, we return to reception and they tell us that it is the room without views that we have reserved, even though our reservation says “superior double.” , nothing with or without views, and let's talk to our agency because they don't have that category of room. Interest in solving something: 0.After several hours, we asked for a price to upgrade to a room “with a view” and we paid it.Once this issue has been resolved, I comment on the rest of the aspects: the hotel is a labyrinth, not accessible, full of small steps (even to enter the room). The shower and toilet have green and blue LED lights that make it almost impossible to see anything when you are inside. The cleaning service was very good, our room was always spotless, although it is true that sometimes we returned at 3pm and it was still waiting for it to be done. The pools are good, the upper one has very good views until you get close to the edge and discover the rooftops full of antennas of the hotel in front. The gym and reading room are very good.Regarding restaurants, the breakfast buffet is very complete and so is the restaurant's menu, but, surprisingly, it is almost always empty at lunch and dinner times. The restaurant staff (Twilight) is very friendly, especially Yaya and Non.Finally, the location is somewhat complicated: it has a steep slope to access, there is only a sidewalk for a few meters and the rest of the way you have to follow the road with a thousand eyes.
