Came in to check in and walked up to the room but couldn't use the key card to open it. Go downstairs and the staff informs you that The lock of this room is broken and you have to ask the staff to open it every time you go in and out. A room this incomplete shouldn't be open for service at all. Sometimes employees come very late and have to call down.Lobby walked in around 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., quite hot and dark, no lights turned on.The bed was quite hard and the springs came up when sleeping. The bedroom is quite old. The hot water system is probably broken.Walking into the room, inserting the key card, the air conditioner wouldn't turn on by itself even though there was a remote control on the head of the bed. Said that to open it, I had to call the lobby again to have them turn on the switch or do something, which made it extremely inconvenient.

I stayed there, the lights turned on and off by themselves all night, the air conditioner wasn't cool, there was strange noises in the bathroom all night, I can't explain it, but it was definitely very scary.
