I'm not very happy. We went to open a 500 baht room but got a 400 baht room. When I asked, they said the 500 baht room was full, so they gave me a 400 baht room. Isn't that right? There was a 400 baht room left but they kept 5 hundred.

Reserve a hotel But when I went to check in there was no room, I was very confused. The employees didn't know what to ask and didn't know anything. If you ask me anything, I can answer only in ignorance. It's ok, I really appreciate the answer. I'd like to improve the staffing a bit.

1/11/66 Stayed at Baan Suksiri Chai Prakan. Overall room condition is good. Bathroom should really be improved. Water flow is not strong. Suitable for people who are calm. The bathroom door does not close properly, suitable for young lovers. Large towels are available. It's like being in the desert. The bed is wide and looks good. It's like the war just ended. The parking is good, wide and comfortable to park. There's morning coffee with chill-out seating, enjoying the morning sun. The staff at reception greeted me in a friendly manner (like I'll find whatever I want, haha), very quiet. Tonight's total is 400 baht. I'll come again next time.

The room is considered usable but the bathroom is not very clean. We just used a 500฿ room with two beds that can sleep 3 people. The room has a double bed and a single bed, both air conditioning and a fan. Quiet atmosphere near the market near the district..

You have to sleep on the upper floor. The back is quiet and very convenient. It's next to Chiang Mai Fang Road.

A good place to stay for one night. Room is big, bed is good and a great view. Staff is very friendly, they even helped us taking the luggage to the 3rd floor. The only minus was the bathroom (could do with some maintenance) and the fact that we couldn't find any restaurant in the neighborhood.

Went to stay on 19/11/2022, located on the main road, near the community market, easy to walk and buy food. There is a parking lot inside, able to park about 6-8 cars, looks safe. Stayed on the 3rd floor, have to walk up the stairs, price 400 baht, big room, cool air conditioner and quiet. View of the room, seeing mountains in the distance. The sunlight was beautiful. Complaints about the bathroom. It looks old. The tile floor along the grout lines has black mold. It looks old. The shower water doesn't flow very well. The water heater works normally. There is no breakfast, but there are Ovaltine drinks, coffee, hot water prepared for you to eat and a microwave for use. Overall considered good at this price.

I used it when my parents came from Japan. In January 2020, it was 400 baht per night. If you want to stay at a reasonable price in Chai Prakan, this is the place. Tesco Lotus and 7-Eleven are nearby and convenient.
