Here is not for hotel. Just condo for rental of 1 year(or 6 months). Merit for staying here is a quite looking good room and looking new of room interior. Demerit here is noise problem from room wall. All sounds from next room are easily coming into a room like private sound, phone call talking, TV sound etc. This is because the wall of room is made like wooden panel, not brick wall finishing by cement mortor. So, room wall can not block any tiny sound from the next room. This is seriously disturbing me to forcibly wake me up in early morning. If you stay here, you will experience you are being stressed caused by any sound noise. I just started to stay here..now i am thinking of moving out to find new room due to stress of noise from the next room. I want to sleep well. Please, be informed that if there is someone who is interested in a room in Siri Condo, please, check room WALL. This is quite serious problem for your life quality. Thank you.

There are daily and monthly accommodation services, convenient travel, in the middle of the city, near Central Festival, Theppanya Hospital, able to go to Maejo and Mae Rim.

Pros: super agreeable staff, easy to communicate with.Cons: location is a bit far from anything, we stayed for 5 days and had zero cleaning of room, refill of toilet paper or changing of towels, also it's an apartment but it isn't fitted, so no plates, cutlery, anything. Only decoration was a small Eiffel tower figure. 🤷♀️

The rooms are very good, clean, safe and new. There are 2 entrances, namely through the Soi Ice Cream Center before reaching Theppanya Hospital. And another way is the alley next to Jia Tongheng.

New and clean, good location if you have your own transport (bicycle is enough), plenty of small eateries and a big community pool nearby.However, the architecture is criminal, rooms are completely devoid of ventilation, they quickly turn into an oven even if outside there's a cool breeze that you never feel inside the room. Walls are paper thin, you hear farts from 3 rooms away. Absolute disgrace of modern Thai architecture. Quickly made with cheap materials and zero energy efficiency.
