Best place to stay in Chiang Dao! Rei and his wife are so nice and caring, thinking about every detail. The property is right on the river, lots of nature around. Breakfast is amazing and you can cook dinner for yourself.

Best, the host is so friendly. Breakfast is also very delicious.The room costs 600 baht and includes hot water, 2 large towels, soap, and shampoo.The terrace garden is so pretty and feels like you are in the forest.You can rent a bike for 50 baht.We stayed for 2 nights and have to wait every 15 minutes to get to the free hot springs. We went to the free hot springs early in the morning, during the day, and at night.I had a great rest in nature for two nights. You can also walk to a cafe with a nice view in 15 minutes. You can go to a far away cafe by songthaew (150 baht).The kitchen is always convenient to use, and there are seasonings. Water, coffee, and bananas are always available for free.

It is a homestay in a very beautiful longan orchard.Accommodation is a small house with 6 houses.Compact rooms range in size from 2 people to 4-6 people.Some rooms are near the river.We were in a garden view room but could hear the soft sound of water from the stream.The fan room has a neat mosquito screen.During the day it is cool and comfortable because the house is under the shade of a large tree. While it's hot outsideIt's a little cold at night. Until I had to get up and turn off the fan.There is a water heater and TV.Pillows, blankets, firm but comfortable mattressesThere is a mosquito net and pillows as well.As of July 2024The price is 600 posted on the room door.Price includes breakfast Considered worthwhileThere were some days when I ate yogurt salad for breakfast.very deliciousThere is water you can pick up yourself from the restaurant.Condition is a bit old but well taken care of.The room is wooden.Each house has a seating area. Some houses also have balconies.There are booths for people to set up tents and bathrooms.Prices for setting up a tent are in the hundreds of thousands, not expensive at all.I like the atmosphere.cute farm owner There are many stories.Cook very delicious foodThere is always fruit from the farm for you to pick.Hot water, tea, coffee, bread, and jam are also available.Enough covered parking for the number of rooms. And there are other corners where you can park.This corner is quiet. Because it's in the middle of a farm.There are 2 entrances.It's very convenient to go anywhere.If you want to go into the city, it's not too far, easy to get to.It's another place that I want to come back and stay again.

I stayed in this place with friends after the Shambhala festival. The place is great. quiet, lots of greenery and away from the city. Breakfast is great! I got such a kick out of homemade yogurt 😋There you can cook in a common kitchen, there is sauce and a refrigerator - it was convenient, since I am a cook and miss cooking.The owners are nice people and they have wonderful dogs :)

What can I say. Waking up to the sound of the birds, the river, and looking across to the beautiful mountains is beyond priceless. Our lovely hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Vej and his wife are the best hosts in the world. Breakfast was amazing.

We stayed in a tent on a bamboo platform right by the river. It was surrounded by nature and a great view of the surrounding mountains. The hosts were incredible nothing was ever too much hassle and they were always making our stay amazing! Breakfast, made fresh by the hosts, was included with the price every morning and the kitchen is available for you to cook in. The facilities were always clean and showers were hot, I fully recommend staying here. The hospitality has been unmatched and this has been our favourite place we’ve stayed in Thailand (we’ve been travelling around Thailand for 1 month).

It was great to see green everywhere no matter where I looked. The fruit yogurt balls served every morning were delicious and it was nice to be able to use the kitchen comfortably. We stayed in a bungalow as a family of three, but if you come alone, it might be a good idea to stay in a tent. The hot springs are a bit far at 1km, but it's okay if you take a walk across the youth camp. I heard that it was nice and not as hot as expected even during the rainy season, so I would like to stay there in the summer in the not too distant future. The owner and the lady are really nice.

Hospitality is the most valuable aspect of Rai Siwavej. The couple who runs this place is really kind and helpful. They like to talk about their family instead of their guests.They keep the place very clean and simple, really eco friendly, in real harmony with nature. That’s why maybe you cannot find the most comfortable services, but in my opinion, is much better than a place with a lot of facilities than makes you feel more separated from nature.I’d stay there again and again.Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.Specially to Soda 😄🙏🏼
