Clean rooms, good prices, lovely and kind owners. There is a viewpoint where you can see Doi Chiang Dao. The weather is good. We forgot our sandals. The shoes were also sent to my home. thank you very much If you have a chance to come back and visit again 🙏🏻🥰

Come stay in the summer and get a different atmosphere. Beautiful with a clear view of Doi Luang Chiang Dao. There is a route to travel to Ban Arunothai, Ang Khang, on the Burmese border.

Great big garden, spacious and well furnished rooms, balconies looking the garden. Location is walking distance to town and still quiet enough. The only down side is the many cages in the garden where they keep many local and exotic birds captive. It's difficult to feel happy watching these very sad animals.

After an online reservation confirmed by notifying us of our arrival around 9-10 p.m., the host shows up in a pijama (the lady is very nice) and shows us a room that is far from cozy. No decoration, the bare minimum. The place is full of insects, so it is better to equip yourself with mosquito repellent products. There are also animals: peacocks, roosters, etc.And they make a lot of noise at night. Impossible to sleep after 4am with their screams.Otherwise the terrain is beautiful and the view is very beautiful when it is clear.

The rooms are quite big and have very comfortable beds, aircon, fan, & fridge & good prices. They supply towels, soap & shampoo. Beautiful views from a few different viewpoints. We didn’t get a chance to try it but the cafe looks really nice. Our phone data worked here and the wifi was also good. Friendly, helpful staff. We walked in without a reservation (not high season) and there were plenty of rooms available, including some cheaper options than what was available for booking online through a 3rd party so I would recommend booking directly through the hotel.

The room is clean and has everything.like water air conditionerWarm the TV, refrigerator Easy to find, next to the main road, on a beautiful hill. Khun Piyawan has very good service and a cheap price. If there is a chance, I will definitely go to stay again.

I will review only the rooms I stayed in. I don't know what the other rooms are like. The room we stay in is a small detached house.Dirty, the ceiling is dirty and has holes filled with scotch tape. The glass table and lamp have a lot of dust. There is a hot water boiler but no coffee or tea. The mattress and towels were brown so I couldn't see whether they were dirty or not. There were no soundproof windows at all. In conclusion, the accommodation was not worth the price.

Really surrounding the resort Cute place with lots of spots to take photos. You can see a clear view of the mountain with nothing blocking it.But on the day of arrival, check-in was around 1 p.m. There is always cutting grass and gardening until 6:00 p.m. when it stops. I listened to the sound of the lawnmower working all afternoon. It's a rather noisy hand cutter. Stinking smell of oilThe bathroom is very dirty. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom. About 30-40 were killed because every time I opened the bathroom there were only mosquitoes flying everywhere and I didn't know where they were entering from. The outside edge of the toilet has yellow stains all over the edge. It's like it hasn't been scrubbed clean at all. That is, when going to the bathroom, you have to close your eyes and not look at the toilet. The sink was slimy and not very clean.in the room on the ceiling The edge of the bulb has large clumps of insects. That light bulb corresponds to the bed. It clings to a large group. The bedding is dark brown so I'm not sure if it's clean or not because I can't see any marks.Still giving 3 stars because the owner is friendly and provides good service. But what is the condition of the room as described? That is, it might be the only room we stay in. It does not mean all rooms. Didn't report any problems with the accommodation. Didn't make any comments to the owner. Because I thought I wouldn't go back again. Meanwhile, the next day I booked another place for only 370 baht per night, but it was much cleaner. I'm really confused by this one.
