The landlord is very nice and responsive to all requests. The room is newly decorated, equipped with a TV, a refrigerator, and a window to the outside. It is well ventilated. There is a spacious space for drying clothes on the top floor. The long-term monthly rent is very cost-effective. I recommend it to everyone.There is also a new restaurant recently opened on the first floor, which offers meals, coffee, tea, drinks and snacks. Because it is a Muslim restaurant, it does not serve pork! The CP value of the meal is very high, the price ranges from 35-50, which is quite affordable. There is air conditioning when dining, which is quite Buddhist in such a hot place in Thailand.Good place, nice staff and he is handsome! The room is new, and with a television and a refrige. Cheap rent fee for long-term rent. Recommend to you guys. At the first floor, they also open a restaurant. Provide delicious food and comfortable environment with A/C. Price is cheap too, around ฿35-50.
