It is a 3 star hotel.The rooms are clean and nice.And the price is cheap, only 450 baht/room.In the morning there is free coffee as well.It is close to the walking street market.Next to the Mekong River, quiet and relaxing. The service children are good-natured.

The room smells dusty. The TV can't be turned on. The back window of the room was broken. The bed was dusty and the pillows had stains. It was the first and only time. 600฿ is not very worth it.

The water is so warm that the water heater doesn't work. Room 20It is recommended that there should be tea and coffee available in the morning.

It's very bad. I paid for the room through agoda, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was not allowed to check in. Agoda could not refund the money, and the hotel also found various reasons to not fulfill its responsibilities! The room smelled very musty, a very bad experience

Expensive, 500 baht compared to other hotels with the same price, but the quality of the rooms and services is very different. 500 baht is not worth anything at all, nothing is broken, nothing is prepared like other hotels have. It's simple, just a pity. One time is enough.

It's bad that I booked over 400 baht through Agoda, but when I got to the hotel I said There are no online reservations at all. You have to walk in only. Plus, the price has gone up to over 800. The room picture is exactly as in the picture. But the condition is not that new. I feel like it's not worth the 800 at all. It's very expensive.

Reserved a room in the app. When we called and asked, the staff said that they had already reserved the room for us, but there was no notification that the reservation could not be made in the app. When we arrived, the staff said that the reservation had been canceled in the app and could not be reserved. Get it at the price available in the app and tell us the new price. And when I first called, why didn't the staff tell us? Is it a very bad hotel or is it marketing to find customers like this? Actually, if the hotel had a problem with the app, why didn't they notify the cancellation in the app so that there wouldn't be any more people booking in the app? It wastes a lot of time, arriving late in the evening.

Reserve on booking because it is not expensive, we learn on arrival that the hotel no longer takes reservations on booking. Moreover, we also learn that they are no longer part of the OYO group which guaranteed them good service/cleanliness/etc.Of course the price on arrival is twice as expensive as the price announced on the booking sites, around 700 bath instead of 350. The receptionist can lower the price to 500 if you hesitate.Be careful there are a lot of mosquitoes!We didn't sleep there, too scary.

Very bad. We booked on the app and when we got to the front of the hotel they told us to pay more. It was his fault that he had to deal with the app himself. If we don't pay they will cancel us. But we already paid. Very bad. There was only dust in the room. We are even more allergic. There were a lot of ants in the room. Warm water cannot be used. There was nothing prepared at all. You have to ask for water yourself.

Room big and clean although they have some small ants problem but it wasn’t an issue for us just make sure to not leave any food outside. Nice big fridge in the room, shower head with different modes which was nice. Staff although didnt speak English was always smiling and very polite. The bicycle rental place is just around the corner and Chiang Saen is a perfect place for bicycle ride.

The hotel is very bad, smells musty, has a lot of dust, is not clean, doesn't clean the air conditioner, and it hurts my nose a lot. If I slept, I would definitely have an allergic reaction, so I asked to leave and asked for half of the money back. But the hotel doesn't let me tell you I've already used the room. We've been in not even an hour yet. And will you come and tell me to change rooms? Why did you give us such a bad room in the first place? What hotel is this? If you don't want such good service, just close it. Let's go broke. Serves the least amount of people staying.

The rooms are clean and ok for the price.However, this is something that can be said about Thailand's regions, or rather Southeast Asia as a whole, but the quality of employees can't be improved a little more.When I asked the staff here, ``Where is the bus stop?'' they looked disgusted and said, ``I don't know.'' So when I said, ``Please ask another staff member,'' he replied, ``There are no other staff members.'' When I asked, ``Please ask your boss, family, or friends to find out,'' they responded, ``There are no other staff, family, or friends.''But who was the person on the phone who was laughing out loud after this Q&A? Is it a colleague, family member, or friend? He doesn't mind telling such a big lie.It would have been 4 stars if the employee training had been better.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room we stayed in. Because the room we were staying in had a hole in the bottom door that was an inch wide. Saw a mosquito flying through my eyes. There were small ants on the mattress and pillows after checking in, many of them probably from humidity. You have to be careful. The bed will be hard, suitable for people who like to sleep on hard mattresses. As for the room conditions, the price is appropriate.... Cleanliness is very good.. The staff welcomed me well.
