Nice, clean and comfortable room. Lots of garden area. Big dining area to sit and enjoy the view. Quiet, peaceful and restful.

The service is not okay. Speak like you don't care if the customer stays or not, even though they have reserved and paid. Act like you are not willing to ask for answers.It's like we came to ask for a free stay.There is a smell in the bedroom.There are some insects in the bathroom, I don't know what the picture shows.The TV can't be turned on.The door is difficult to open and close, and it's heavy.It's possible, no need to reserve, no need to stay at all. Because there are many more options in Tha Ton Subdistrict.The mattress smells.

I don't want to give any stars. The owner has a frown as if he is not willing to serve, speaks badly and will not stay here again. Room maintenance is as shown in the picture.

I had a wonderful stay here, staff is helpful and friendly. The resort is next to Kok river, quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, I like it. The accommodation was in the middle of the day we went, like the resort was closed. We sat and ate almost all morning. The atmosphere was ok. There was a wide yard with straw, where you could build a fire and grill. The service was considered excellent.

Resort house There are rooms with both double and single beds. Both are located along the river. and not next to the water Near the waterfront, the price is around 1000 to 1400 baht. If not next to the waterfront, the price is around 500...600 baht.In the morning there is a light meal. Instant coffee ready to brew Toast with butter Near the accommodation there are restaurants both along the Kok River and not along the water. You can search on Google.The atmosphere and scenery of the resort is considered acceptable.

We called and checked the price before and they said 800b/room for bungalow but if we have kids they charge 1100b (2 kids was fine with this price as i informed and asked) and no need for pre-booking as they don't have many guests coming and quite empty since Covid. When we got there which was quite late they charged us a different price with 1500b/room and that was very disappointed, even more so as it was quite late and hard for us to find a new place to stay. This was also the price is no breakfast included, only with very simple bread, tea and coffee!!!
