Whenever I am at Mae Chaem or around the Doi Inthanon area I always stop at charming Baan Kub Doi Mae Chaem Resort. Pool, wi-fi, a/c, b/f, kind owner, love this place.

We stayed during the festival. Because I thought it was convenient and thought about the entrance to the event just crossing the road. But I didn't think there would be a beer garden with speakers broadcasting loud noises throughout the hotel. So we had to leave the hotel at 11:00 p.m. to find another hotel Even though I didn't sleep at all. I didn't use the room because I just put my stuff down and rushed out to see the festival. The hotel refunded the room fee for only 1 night. From what we booked for 2 nights I also can't help but think that customers like us have to rush away some nights to find a new hotel. It was a very bad experience on valentine's night The place was not very clean at the hotel, breakfast was only fried eggs, I couldn't eat it, had to find food elsewhere. Pleasant destination. The motel is somewhat hidden in the village center. Large garden with loungers and pool - small but good for cooling off and refreshing yourself. The rooms are large, spartan but equipped with everything you need (including a refrigerator). The beds are hard. The operators are friendly, but communication is only possible with translation assistance. A 7-Eleven just around the corner, a good restaurant on the main street 200 meters north on the left side of the street. A small breakfast is offered free of charge (coffee/tea, toast, jam).

At least a « bit » disappointed.The place is far from the photos on Agoda or Google Maps.It seems the the maintenance is quite over. The place looks quite old.All outdoor plastic chairs are old and some broken. The pool is jus average to say the least.I did not care much as after a riding day a good shower and a good bed are fine.The room was simple but clean, even if a strong bad smell coming from the bathroom.I was surprised to pay 1200 baths and to talk with other riders there who paid only 750 baths for the same kind of room…Did I get a « special rate » from Agoda?🥴😉

The accommodation is quite good compared to the general level in Mae Chaem, the room is comfortable and clean, has cool air and a spacious garden. Enthusiastic and cheerful staff. Good price. Near 711 and many delicious restaurants

This is a customer who will use the service from July 1st to 3rd, 2023.At the time I stayed, I was the only person who made a reservation.Conveniently located in the center of the city...The staff are friendly and seem to pay a lot of attention to hygiene. Book here to use the swimming pool!!!Amenities include a self-laundry right next door for 30 baht (no dryer) and a good massage shop. 7-11 is a 1-minute walk away.

Good for an overnight stay at 1000THB. Bed was comfortable and no noise during the night. I think we were the only guests. A substantial breakfast (fried eggs, chicken sausages with a small salad) was included and it was freshly cooked when we woke. Pool looked inviting.

Strong water, cool air, good atmosphere, near 7-Eleven, near the market, has a swimming pool. Unfortunately didn't bring a swimsuit. We stayed at 790 baht.
