Great value and trustworthy hotel. This is a no-frills hotel and great for minimalistic travelers who need a nice location at a family-friendly establishment.The beds are super firm just the way I like them. Clean linens and great towels. They supply towels, bottled water, soap, and shampoo.I stayed for nearly two weeks and was happy with my time there.The only issue I had was with the bathroom function of the shower. The position is quite wrong for a wet bath of this type. You'll have to tread through water upon entering the bathroom. The water doesn't drain downwards to the drain.I would consider staying here in the future. A good option for the price.

Randomly came across this place during a holiday because everything else was booked and it ended up being a hidden gem. Was only going to stay a few days but ended up staying 2+ weeks! I rented the big suite room for only 900 baht a night and was very happy! Very spacious and clean, was the size of a big studio apartment. Staff was very nice. About 10 min drive from the center of Chiang Mai but no problem if you have a motorbike or car. Also is on the corner of the main street so very easy to get taxi or rides.
