Should improve, not impressed.The service is so old that the shower legs are rusty. The swimming pool has tile grooves and no grout, causing people to play in it to get cuts. There should be a small amount of toothpaste provided.The food isn't spicy, but the chili paste is delicious.

My wife & I booked a short 3 day stay at S-Tawan earlier this month. It was convenient for us to drive around the city to the restaurants and bar in the area.Our stay was pleasant, however on the first day of check-in there was a dead pigeon in the balcony which he had to inform house-keeping about and the heater in our room was spoilt so there was no hot water for the duration of our stay.Overall everything else was fine for the price we paid

We had a good stay at the S-Tawan hotel. Its was a bit worn down but it was clean in the room as well in the pool area. Very helpful and sweet employees. The hotel is a 30 min walk out from the city center but there’s good restaurants and such nearby. Nearest 7/11 is 20 min walk from the hotel. I don’t understand why I have read so many bad reviews of this place cause everything at the hotel seemed so good to me. I would definitely recommend the hotel but do remember to have a car or bike if you don’t want to walk

Haven't been here for a long time, 3 years, but entered the room and was shocked. Why aren't the bedsheets white? And the cloth is very thin, not clean, the cloth is not tight, the shower is damaged, there are yellow stains, the overall condition is not very good. No wonder there are few people staying. It's like they didn't take care of cleanliness and maintaining school standards. At this price, 650, it's a shame. I want it to be improved like when it was first opened. Because there is also a pool for water.

The room is very bad, there are termites on the wooden furniture throughout the room. The curtains in the bathroom had mold all over them.

The room is shabby, like it's not well taken care of. Yellow blankets, stained walls, loud air conditioner, lots of dust. The bathroom is stained, the shower is damaged, the pool is not clean.
