The room was good, but the staff didn't say thank you at all. Stayed 2 nights. When checking in, they weren't greeted. The 2nd night the keycard didn't work even though it said 2 nights. I didn't tell you in advance that I would have to teach you again. Came down to scan a new keycard, no apology, scanned it again, handed it over, finished checking out, no words of thanks at all. I have stayed in many places that I have never seen before.

New hotel and friendly staff.But the location is suitable for people driving because it's an alley, not a main road. There is a lot of parking. For people who don't have a car There are other schools with similar prices and better locations.During the summer, don't come to stay. The room is very hot, especially the third floor. The air conditioner is too small to handle the heat and the size of the room. Two hours is still not cool.Overall OK if it's winter. During the summer I ran away.

The room hotel is one of the most enjoyable places to stay. It's the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed and been in. The rooms are very simple but very nice. We enjoy the staff very much they are kind friendly and courteous. The restaurants around the area are very wonderful to go to and to eat at. This room hotel is our favorite place to stay when we are in sakuna Khan Thailand. Thank you very much for giving us a very pleasant place to stay at night The Room Boutique Hotel. There is no other place to say that we enjoy so very much Thank you.

I really wanted to give 4 stars but deducted 1 for the very narrow entrance alley and deducted 1 for giving only one key card. I've just encountered a hotel that only gave one like this. Even though it's not convenient to use, you have to scan the elevator. If another person goes downstairs and then comes up, you have to inform the staff to come and scan the elevator. It's good or bad, but normally the thieves in the hotel are more insiders than outsiders.

Good location, behind Sakon Nakhon Municipality Office. It's a small alley. Parking is adequate. There are 2 parking spots.The room looks good, but I'm disappointed by the bathroom's motion sensor. It's quite annoying. The shower cannot be adjusted up and down.Refrigerator without freezer Can't make iceBreakfast consists of one main dish and additional bread, coffee packets, and Patongko.There was construction on a pool and building behind the school, but it didn't cause any disturbance.

There are few electrical outlets in the room.Inside the room there is a refrigerator. Cool air conditioning, hair dryer, clear TV, good internet.>But the room isn't very soundproof. Outside the room there is a towel rack.The bathroom has soap and shampoo.😂The railing in the bathroom is very high. Try measuring it. It's 186 cm. from the floor.Breakfast plus an additional 99 baht/person (rice porridge, wet rice, basil rice and pan-fried egg with Ovaltine coffee packet)The housekeeper is in a good mood. Kitchen staff make delicious foodParking is a little cramped.
