The valet service was ok, but the female cashier provided very poor service. We asked if the bed was round or square, and the answer was square. We paid but when we entered the room it was a round bed. We were told that if we don't want a round bed, they said they couldn't return it. Then his temper was broken at us. Business owners should select employees. Gave me a new room with a square bed but I could tell that the air conditioner wasn't cool at all. The air conditioner always has water running.

Please leave it to the entrepreneurs. This event occurred from 2:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. No one came out to show any responsibility, but the staff came to ask if there was a problem and then just changed the room to a new one for that night. (There was a slight wound from the glass flying off the elbow. But I'm frightened every time I see a mirror. What should I do? I have no words to say. I should have taken better care of it and improved it. I spent money on staying and wanted cleanliness, peace, and safety. The room is clean, but the female receptionist with short hair has no manners. How can you talk like a dog without being sarcastic or welcoming guests? If it's not necessary, I don't want to stay again. If there are still employees like this, we come to stay and pay money. The first time we come in, we have to wave for us to enter the room.Is this not welcoming to customers who tell them to stay in any room? You can say this to guests who come to stay.. If you sleep for free, I won't choose at all. Improving service would be very good. The service was so bad that I was so impressed that I didn't want to come stay again.
