The new rooms are clean but the service is very poor. Stay every week but encounter problems every week. Service work but not customers is passable. I'd like to stay somewhere else, but I'd like to tell my friends here and nearby friends.

Daily rental, been here for several nights. Every employee, right down to the housekeeper and security guard, are all good, and we need that. So I asked in LINE, which is to answer quickly and take care of it quickly. There is a bell boy available at all times. I would like to say that it is very appropriate. Really for relaxing, clean, fragrant room, everything is good, suitable for the price.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, big, very magnificent, clean, but the service is not very good. We finished checking in. The employee pointed us to the left. We went into the elevator and went up to the 6th floor, contesting that we went the wrong way. It was dark and I couldn't see anything so I changed my mind and changed rooms. Coming down, he told me that he had gone the wrong way. Oh, he didn't follow him, he told us. When we found the room, we opened the door and went into the bathroom. There were no toiletries provided, only 2 bars of soap, so I asked the staff and they said the promotion was over. We were confused. Normally at other places it's 650 baht and there will be an attendant who will carry your bags to the room and turn on the TV and turn on the air conditioner for you. There is coffee, a thermos, and a hair dryer, but there isn't any here. Whoever is going to stay here will definitely bring their belongings with them. Looks like there are still a few employees. But the hotel is big and beautiful.

Good hotel, good room, have stayed 4 times already. Each time booking, you have to pay and send the slip on line first. While in other hotels, just call to reserve and inform your name. Paying first is not an issue, but it takes hours to talk and answer the line. And who will go and wait for you? If it continues like this, I'll say goodbye.

You can contact us 24 hours a day.Plus, the location of the hotel is convenient.It's easy to come from the Rama II line.Coming from Ekkachai Road, just make a U-turn in front of Ekachai Hospital and enter the alley for a short distance.Near the shopping center Pottocinoand Central Mahachai Near Mahachai Market, restaurants.Recommended at this price, very worth it. (There is also a fitness center)

It's a new hotel, reasonable price, clean, wide rooms, good bathroom, comfortable mattress, refrigerator, TV, but no hot water kettle (maybe in some rooms or not, I don't know). The shared bathroom below the door is locked so it can't be used, no coffee, no breakfast, no department. Food, drinks, coffee, sleep in the morning.

Personally, I like it very much. Very comfortable. Excellent. There is a coin-operated washing machine in front of the elevator. There is a coin-operated machine for purchasing drinks. There is a coin-operated water dispenser. The room is clean, comfortable to the eyes, sleeps comfortably. Excellent. Definitely won't be disappointed. 650 a night is really worth it. The receptionist is good. The security guard takes good care of the items placed in the back of the car.

The new rooms are really nice to live in. But the public relations staff doesn't care about customers. We came in and asked for a room with a deposit to move in. Employees keep typing things without understanding at the computer. They don't seem to care about customers at all.Because we dress normally. So we decided to move to another place. Poor service like this, be careful, customers will disappear. Because the room price is not cheap.
