Stayed silent for 3 days. I will summarize the pros and cons of this accommodation.merit-I stayed in the off-season so it was very quiet. In fact, the first day was a bit scary because I was the only customer on the entire second floor...We share a swimming pool with a hostel-like building next door, and it's safe because there's a guard guarding the door at night.-The room is spacious and the view is good. The price is cheap (about 38,000 won per night). The bathroom is old, but they do a good job cleaning it. Instead, be sure to bring a filter.-No ants or mosquitoes at all. this is very advantageous-There are many restaurants nearby and you can walk to Thapae in 5 minutes. Good locationdisadvantage-No Wi-Fi. There were two signals, and even though I contacted the staff separately and reset them, it didn't work again at night. A very fatal flaw.(Unless you have a SIM card or plan to work here, it may not be particularly inconvenient. I only bought 1GB for Wi-Fi, but it was very inconvenient.)-The owner is not always present, and the staff changes depending on the time of day (there are three staff members per day), and although they are all very friendly, they are not good at English, and it is difficult to immediately respond to problems such as Wi-Fi.This is an accommodation with clear pros and cons, so make a wise decision...

Constant issues with the lack of hot water in the bathroom. Staff were helpful and would fix the problem but the following day it would fail again. This happened for the duration of my five night stay. Clearly there was an issue with the boiler or electrics but no apology was given at the end of the stay. Also the small balcony was taken up by an AC unit so no actual room to sit down and enjoy the pool view. Location wise the hotel is excellent though.

The room is not small with an old-fashioned atmosphere. The bathroom is clean and there is an elevator. It does not provide breakfast, but it is exactly the same price.

The location was good and the hotel was clean compared to its age. However, because it was a connecting room, I could hear the sound of the tube lotion lid being opened and the shower sound very clearly in the next room.Because I stayed with children, I was even more concerned about the noise and felt uncomfortable. And if you are staying overnight, be sure to bring a filter.Of all the hotels I stayed in, the discoloration was the most serious.(Refer to Sachin on the level of discoloration after two people took a shower)
