Run away. The old room is acceptable, but this one is really dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The toilet bowl has 4-5 dried urine stains. The dusty mattress in the dusty room. You don't even have to rub and walk into the room to see that it's dusty. There were debris all over the area. Many people had reserved more than 5 rooms, 500 baht per room, but couldn't really sleep. Negotiated with the aunt to ask for a portion of the money back, but she wouldn't give it at all. So I ran away and found a place to stay in that area for 600 baht, feeling comfortable.

I've slept in a lot of hotels, but here I can't. Booked a room on the 3rd floor, didn't let me put on my shoes, like I was too lazy to clean the floor. The floor wasn't clean. Stayed for almost a week and did nothing but change trash bags and towels every 2 days (which weren't very clean). There was a bottle of water for each person. One day I forgot to leave the key with my grandmother who took care of me and put a towel on the floor in front of the room, which was not clean. For a week, I didn't sweep or mop. I couldn't stand it until I had to get a broom and sweep it myself. The bathroom doesn't clean. A roll of tissue is still not available. At a cheaper price, at least they still have tissues for you. Once is really enough like this.

This is a very quaint, small "resort". There seems to be just a husband/wife that run the entire show. They work very hard and it shows. Of course, without a reliable staff, some things get over-looked, but when brought to their attention they rush to fix any concerns.Locatedbehind a 7-11 is a very nice feature to this resort. Also noodle shops at the 7. The owners are very pleasant and strive to please. The price is low and the rooms are actually big in comparison to other more expensive hotels.Bed was comfortable, not a hard mattress. The shower had good pressure and typical Thai warm water.A/C worked great and kept room as cold as I like it.You will be pleased with this resorts location, comfortability, and helpful owners.
