This is a nice clean facility, including washrooms! I only rated rooms 4 stars cuz didnât see inside rooms and parking was limited to about 25 cars, yes itâs that busy for a reason!! Itâs a bit off the beaten track for many travelers or tourist making this a destination for meals, pool table, swim etc. Good quality pool table, excellent lighting, fantastic air conditioning, Bar Service is very good, but parking is limited so suggest you donât bring an RV!

Good size room. Room is clean and good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of parking space. Just off theain road, so it's quiet. And also has a swimming pool. Owner is friendly.

We returned once again for the Sunday roast dinner, today the choice was beef or chicken, i had the beef andit was superb.Everything well cooked and a good size portion too, we will return.I have not stayed there, hence i cannot say much ref' the chalets there, but they look great from the outside and the lovely sparkling clean swimming pool all makes this resort one to put on your list...Update...... Stayed in one of the chalets for 2 nights. All good, comfortable and quiet a/con.

I had a fantastic stay there, The accommodation was clean, The facilities had everything that I needed, Nice swimming pool, And the food was excellent, with a good choice, The staff were wonderful, Me personally I give this Resort a five star rating. Good accommodation, good rooms, cool air conditioning, has a swimming pool, has a minibar and can order food to be delivered to the room. Not expensive, 600 baht, but luck was not good on the day I stayed on 9 May 2023, check-in at 3:00 p.m. The water system in the resort also had a problem with a broken groundwater pump. The owner found a mechanic to repair it, but the repairs were not completed. Until I could take a shower at 9:30 p.m. by connecting the water hose into the roomð But that's okay. It is a force majeure event.

This was our second visit to KS Resort in less than two month,having both times stayed the two nights,A real pleasure to find such a great place to stay here in Issan,Such a quiet resort with only birdsong and childrens laughter and excitement from the wonderful swimming pool.Host's Dave and Lee Mann look aftereveryone like you are family and nothing is any problem,the team of staff are also very happy and willing to help with any detailfrom a bar of soap to a table full of fine food served with a smile at yourpoolside bungalow.I can reccomend this resort to anyone and with our drive to it taking a full five hours it well worth the effort.The Bar serving lots of english craft and local beers and with a selection of Aperitive and Spirits and Cocktails your never going to feel like a boat in a dry dock!!We on this occasion were lucky to sample the Sunday Roast dinner which was just perfection on a plate,thai food and the Bikers Breakfast were equally just as good.i dont think it will be very long before we make a return visit..its a Big Thumbs up for KS Resort from Charlie, Ning, and Baby Beain Ban Muang Bua Roiet...

In room not changing bed set after previous guests. Just put new towels. Dirty toilet, used soap in shower. Hear in bed, look like used for short time sleep and in evening give to another. Some people drink and talk near pool till 4am to loud.
