Owners are nice, unless an accident happens on the resort grounds, the blame is immediately placed on the guest. We have always been guests for the last 4 years. This year was the last time. In the future we will choose another resort.

I had a very lovely stay at this place. Welcomed by a friendly owner and his wife and daughter and the family dog "Latte" and beautiful stray I called "Goldie".They are doing some temporary roadworks so asked to stay in the back where they had bigger wooden cabins. At a price of 700 baht this was a bargain with a view over a field..They also have a small well maintained and refreshing pool. Overall highly recommended!

Good bungalow, bathroom doesn't smell.The little bungalows are very nicely done. The mattress is ok, the pillows are soft. There is shampoo, soap, water, glasses and toilet paper. No refrigerator.In bungalow number 10, both sockets next to the bed do not work (they are not connected).You can hear the street a bit, but not bad.We paid 450 baht per night.

The resort has many types of rooms. clean towels cute maidThis time we stayed at **Ruan Rim Nam**, formerly a karaoke room. Then put the mattress down Not suitable for elderly people Because it's difficult to sit up.and the room is still not suitable for staying There is no trash can in the room. No clothes rack The bathroom is separated outside where the water heater doesn't work. In the room, the curtains accumulate a lot of dust. The power plug is high. Not balanced with a bed that only has a mattressRecommend avoiding this room. Try choosing a different room type instead.If driving, the resort is next to the main road. At night, the sound of cars passing by is quite loud.If using the swimming pool, there is an additional fee.

Next to the main road, curves are dangerous when entering and exiting. Noisy with the sound of trucks running all night. Otherwise it's ok.....

The rooms are nice, clean and well furnished. There are a few different levels with different amenities and prices. The down side is the noise from the highway and a bit far from any stores or restaurants. The real bummer was the advertisement of a pool, then finding out they charge extra for using it, and it is not very inviting.

Lovely place to stay, clean and modern with very helpful staff/owner. Not too far from the 7-Eleven and other shops etc. Great place for cyclist and people on motorcycles as you can keep them safe outside your accommodation. Would thoroughly recommend.

The sweetest of staff/owner in a resort that's easy to find. Yes the resort in close to a main road, but I got zero sleep due to traffic noise (empty trucks mostly). The room is okay, the location is calming and you can pay for a swim if you like (bad idea). There are restaurants nearby (3 min drive).

Went to work 7 days, 500 per day, owner reduced the price to 450, clean, good service, next to the main road, has an a la carte shop on the side.Near the intersection there is a 7-Eleven market.

The room looks new and very clean 👍💯 from the floor in front of the house and in the room. Opened it in, there was no musty smell, the mattress was good, the blanket was thick and soft, comparable to a comfortable 3-star hotel. Clean, thick, soft towels There is soap and shampoo provided. In the morning, there is coffee and Ovaltine for each person. You can order from 7-Eleven and have it delivered (a little outside the pin and I'll give you an extra tip ^^)The lady who took the reservation spoke well and was very friendly. Messaged and said it was close to turning on the air conditioning. Waiting to go again. Full attention 10❤️Anyone looking for a place to stay in this area, I recommend this place. Air conditioning, TV, hot water, complete, most importantly, clean. Worth more than five hundred ✅*There is a swimming pool here.
