Old room, old air conditioner and not cool. It's like there hasn't been anyone staying for a long time. The room smells really musty. The surrounding atmosphere seems to be good. But I couldn't sleep. The bed was hard. I couldn't watch the TV. The light in the middle of the room didn't turn on. Around 00:00 I heard a sound like someone scraping something in the room. At first I was afraid, but then I started to get annoyed. We're recording it. I'll tell the room owner when I check out. We were patient until morning. Because I've already paid the money. And I don't know where the owner has gone. We put the keys back at 4:00 AM. Because I couldn't sleep all night. What's the worst thing ever since staying at a hotel with this price?

Stayed 13/6/66, old room, not clean.The air conditioner is not cool in the room, there is no lock.Lots of lizard poop, can't watch TV, price 500Take a shower and go out to change hotels.

Very bad service.We stayed on May 9, 2023 at 8:40 p.m., which is already late!!!!It was a very rainy day!!! The first rain of the year, we had to go to the bathroom. and accidentally locked the bathroom I called the hotel to inform them that they would unlock the bathroom for me. But the hotel said bluntly that All the employees have returned. My elder brother then asked what should I do? Do you want me to go out and get the key myself? Or can I move rooms? But the hotel responded that He asked to return the room and let us move out. At that time, he came out like a puppy wet from the rain. Every corner is wet. But the hotel is Very ignorant. If the room design was good, I wouldn't mind it. The room was cramped, not clean, and all the furniture looked very old.
