The hotel looks good and the rooms are fine also. But they have really Bad service, don't know English and are really unpleasant.
The difference between the price for a room with 2 small bed or big one bed don't make any sense.

Located just 100 meters from the main road north on a quiet street.I was greeted here in a competent and friendly manner - sometimes even in English.My room was medium in size, clean and very well equipped.Special mention - a large refrigerator.Everything worked - especially AC and hot water.The bed was large and very comfortable.Vehicles can be parked in the secure inner courtyard - partially covered.It was a fairly reasonable price for what was offered - therefore a pretty good price-performance ratio.My two nights were relaxing - I would happily do it again.

This is the best hotel for the price during a 4-month motorcycle trip in Vietnam and Laos.While driving 320 km from southern Laos to Savannakhet, I came across a small city called Paksan after seeing a review on Google Maps.I was planning to stay at a good value hotel for 150,000 kip per night for 1 night, but I changed my schedule.Stayed for 4 nights, stayed from July 14th to July 18th, 2023.Disadvantages: The supermarket is about 200m away, the restaurant is about 1km away, and there are 3 massage places.Thank you to Traveler Seongmi Lee for writing the above review.

1 night around May 24, 2024I stayed from June 7th to 11th, 2024.I stayed in a double room for 150,000 kip per day and am satisfied with the price.I don't think there's a place like this in Paksan for this price. If you have transportation, try using it. For reference, during our month-long motorcycle trip to Laos, there doesn't seem to be a place like this for the price.

Very nice hotel but you should definitely take care of dinner and drinks before checking in. There is nothing in the surrounding area and not much choice in the entire town.

The place is a little far from main road but it's worth the extra miles. Road is big, eith good size bathroom. Comes with aircon, hot water and a fridge. Cost is 150,000kip. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel in a quiet location! The wooden interior looked really pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, AC and hot water in the shower worked fine and everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for the money at a room rate of 150000 KIP.
