The price is very, very low and the facilities are complete. The 1F public space is quite large and very comfortable😌 The disadvantage is that the sanitary room is not clean. After staying for several days, it seems that they will not take the initiative to help change the quilt cover. It is especially inconvenient to dry clothes. There are several stairs, but there are only For a balcony, you need to go down to the 1F and then use a specific staircase to go to the top floor to dry clothes, but the price is cheaper⋯

If you are looking for a place to store your backpack it’s alright otherwise don’t go there! The whole hostel is unclean especially the bathrooms. Wasn’t comfortable and didn’t feel save there at all. We only stayed a few hours before catching a flight and tried to spend as little time as possible there. Definitely better places to stay at in Chiang Mai.

StudioZ in Chiang Mai offered a room that matched the price we paid, but we didn't spend much time in it. Upon arrival, we noticed an abundance of mosquitoes in the room, which was an unpleasant surprise. Additionally, the bathroom sink drain was filthy and clogged with hair, which was disappointing. The bed was quite hard, almost like sleeping directly on the box spring, making for an uncomfortable experience.On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful, which improved our overall experience. The location was also great, providing easy access to local attractions. While the stay had its drawbacks, the friendly staff and convenient location were definite highlights.

great hostel. super basic but the cheapest in chiang mai for a great location, close to everything you could want. other guests are a nice diverse mix of people not just typical western backpackers. welcoming staff, has all the facilities needed.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was so-so. It's not the worst but it's also not good. The room was okay, clean and we had enough space. We had our own bathroom but the water overflows outside and I have to use an extra towel to soak up the spill.The sheets were thin and has holes in it. The guests in the other room were drinking and were too noisy on the first night. On the second day, the electricity went off in our room. The lady at the office came in and checked. She did something and it went back on. So I think it's a common issue that happens all the time. Internet is a bit slow in our room. Most of the guests sit on the chairs near the front office with their laptops and mobile phones.One good thing is the location. It's near a lot of restaurants.

Stayed in room 2. Had ac remote and a very tidy room. Sheets were very worn/old but not a problem for me. Can report no bed bugs or loud noise past midnight (manager plays cards with friends until 11:30). I'm sure, with earplugs, you could get an undisturbed early night. Free water and coin operated laundrette on site. Really is a budget backpackers paradise.

The location is good, it is located within a nice neighborhood. The room is minimal, the level of cleanliness is low (slightly below the city standard). The bathroom is shared for the rooms on the same floor, there is no soap. They provided us with 1 towel but there were two of us.

Definitely don't stay here. The sheets and pillowcases are not changed here, and I saw twice that the staff just made the bed, but they would not change the new bedding after the previous guest left.
