I'll give it a full 10. I've looked at many places in the vicinity. I think this place is the best. It's old but very clean. I tried the shower cream. I feel good. Almost equivalent to the leading brands in the market. It's easy to wash off if compared to normal rooms. It's considered good, but it doesn't smell good at all😅😅😅 Overall, very good.

Hotel in good location, normal room price 500 baht, hard bed, strong water flow, good scented soap + shampoo, slow internet, parking lot will be full around 10:00 p.m., stay at night, must contact the security guard at the parking lot (Uncle is very nice. )

Stayed in room 402, the bed was easily noisy, there was parking, near Mittraphap Road, near 7-11, near a convenience store, a keypad system, a standard room, there was a security guard, accepting check-in in the evening.Single bed 500, double bed 600, stay 8/12/66 (deposit 100 cash, if no cash card deposit instead)

Pretty good place to stay and handy location. It's nice and quiet, clean enough with a little belcony. Wifi is quick and they have a night guard on duty so you are safe. I'd stay again.

1. Upon check-in, we will ask for your passport and TM6 card and make copies of them. TM6 card seems to be important... 2. Deposit 500 baht. 3. The wifi in the room is so slow that it almost doesn't work. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to The Mall. 4. Hot water comes out well. 5. Two bottles of bottled water are provided every day and the rooms are cleaned well.

Internet WIFI is slow, sunlight leaked in the morning. Good thing I’m a morning person. Price for me was ฿500. We used 2 rooms for a family of 6. So not a deal breaker,

Worth the price, but if you want to sleep during the day, you need to find something to hang from the balcony door to block the light. Otherwise, the light will fill your eyes.

Clean room, quiet place, good location. But the door to the balcony is made of a large piece of glass window which the sun light is directly shine into your face, which automatically wakes me up. Not good for person who want to sleep longer.
