Everything is almost 100% good. Only the staff answering the phone about booking rooms doesn't speak well. The voice crashed. Showing signs of annoyance to the customer Do not wait for the customer to finish speaking before immediately responding. It's a pity that the hotel's reputation and other employees' service are good. Only this part of the telephone operator was lost.

It is a luxury hotel in Korat. Rest comfortably and quietly. There are many types of food to choose from. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. But there is little parking next to the hotel. You have to park in the second floor of the mall. It's a bit of a walk. The swimming pool is at the top and you can see the view far into Korat.

I called and there was no employee answering the phone from morning until evening. The customer forgot something. It was our fault for not checking carefully. But it would be good for the hotel to have someone call and inform them (2-3 days have passed). If the customer doesn't contact them, they probably won't get the money back. The hotel is good but doesn't care about customers. When cleaning, you must find that the customer forgot. But it was quiet and there was no response. Even though I know the name of the guest But there was no contact back. Very bad. I called and spoke with no one. I'm going to eat my head. Good that the hotel is in a good location.
