Suitable for those on a low budget. Dormitory 150There had been a lot of dust on the bed as there had been no guests for a while. With bug corpses.It's not that I didn't clean it. Cleaning condition was good.Used to replace bed cover.Hot water comes out.There are three ceiling fans, two of which were noisy.The owners are friendly.There was quite a bit of wind in the room so it wasn't very hot.A large hotel room with multiple first-floor beds.

I was given a room for 400 baht per night.After reading the reviews, I regretted staying in a dormitory.However, the cost performance for the single private room was also good.The bathroom has an electric hot shower, an air conditioner, a fan, and a bed with bright sheets.This cost me 800 baht for 2 nights, so I'm satisfied that I was able to have just the right amount of luxury.It's a bit disappointing that there is no breakfast for such a good price, but there are plenty of convenience stores and street food nearby, so it's not a problem.

Dormitory room price is 150 baht. There is no problem with the shower either. The dormitory is not a bunk bed and is very spacious and comfortable. Above all, the terrace is the best. The location is great, close to the ruins and night market. Is the wifi a little weak?

There are some reasonably priced terrace side rooms and shouldn't be judged based on the passage corridor inside the house.Dorm bed in a very clean room was comfortable with working fan and excellent ventilation for fresh air.Bath room inside the dormitory was comfortable with clean accessories and working hot shower with complimentary towel. I paid 150 baht for the same and felt exceptional value for cleanliness and comfort.Located in a central area with nice house restaurants around it, will be happy to come back again.

In a word: DIRTY!We did not understand that this establishment was recommended by Le Routard... After the cockroach crushed in the common areas, we ended up in a room, without charm, with hair in the sheets and even a dead spider. The bathroom... dirty too (one wonders if honestly someone had cleaned it!!!). We slept fully clothed because this place disgusted us!

I was going to stay only one night in Phimai, but I felt so well in this town and in this guesthouse that I stayed longer.||This is cheap, people are so friendly and there are some tables outside to relaxe. We can use the fridge ||Very close to the night market and the park ||One of my better stay in Thailand.

Don't stop at the small entrance and get in, it's nice, clean, big rooms, even with a common terrace. Good value for the price. Welcoming staff and dogs

Physical safety issue there.I had to leave this guesthouse because its housemaid threatened me with a butcher's knife. She also took all of my belongings out of the room without notice, although I said I was going to leave immediately. She also called a police officer to take me out of the hotel although I was on my way to leave.I had previously done nothing to justify this disproportionate, unfair and offensive treatment. This member of personal obviously has an unstable or pathological mental state, and an aggressive and potentially dangerous behavior. The "manager" of the premises has not done or said anything about this matter so far. I am abstaining here from further comments about this guesthouse.I hope the above information at least to be useful with regards to your health and safety.

I stayed in a 150B dormitory. It's not particularly nice, but it's probably the cheapest in Phimai. The terrace is spacious and relaxing. Private rooms start at 300B. I wish they would do a little more cleaning and maintenance.

Good price/quality, payed 350baht for a two person room with fan. Certainly one of the cheaper options in town! Only negative point: no direct sunlight in the room!
