Moved to work in this area, searched many places and fell in love with this project. It's a new project, very clean, next to the main road, very convenient, easy parking, security guards always taking care of you, and housekeepers cleaning the house. There is a convenient washing machine. The price is not too expensive. Suitable for working people. Anyone looking for a place to stay, I recommend it.

New dormitory, clean, safe, has parking under the building. Parking fee is 300 baht per month, considered very cheap. If compared to the service, there are security guards and CCTV cameras, it's very worth it.

Who will come to stay and escape? Run away!!!!!!!!The room rate is really cheap. But I picked up a lot. Parking fees for how many cars are there must be paid according to the number of cars. Normally in other places you pay in one round. How many cars you can park is up to you. This dormitory collects it, they collect it per car. You can't park across the building, even though you have to pay for parking. Are you confused? Even my boyfriend comes from time to time. Still have to pay 300/month even though I only park for a few days a month. I can't ask to pay on a daily basis. Must pay monthly. Otherwise you can't park. Very funny.When complaining about public utilities such as water not flowing,The staff and the dormitory acted very slowly. It's not like collecting money at all. And the issue is that the water doesn't flow very often. I repeat, when complaints are filed very slowly, they don't care about the residents at all. Am I like this? Water and electricity bills are very expensive. It's very luxurious even though you don't live in the dormitory often. But the electricity bill is as expensive as someone living in a regular dormitory. How is that possible? Another thing: the water bill is 25 per unit, but if you use less than 4 units, this dormitory will charge 100 Thai baht. No Son No Care. Some months I use less than 4 units of water but I have to pay 100 baht every month. I don't regret the money. But I just feel like why do I have to pay? Who can stay? Seriously, if you keep this much, please forgive me. 😪More, whoa, you transfer the deposit back and still collect the fee. Think about it, I lived in a dormitory from the time I was a student until I moved to 2 different jobs. No matter how many times I moved dormitories, the fees were never deducted. Dormitory transfers are always full. I just happened to come across this dormitory. I can't handle the jokes. I'll take the shield of the worst dormitory. You should stop making dormitories!!!!!!!!
