I loved the decoration of this place, but it’s so dirty and unsafe. There are two beds upstairs. When I checked the main bed (the big one), it didn’t look like the sheets were fresh, with lots of little black specks and blood stains from bug bites. So, I checked the other bed, but there was a bug on it. I didn’t feel safe staying there, so I spoke to the staff and waited an hour for the manager to respond. I couldn’t reach him that night, so I left and moved to another place at 11 p.m. I finally reached the manager the next day, and he/she asked me to contact Agoda to request a refund. I did, but Agoda said they refused to waive the refund fee. Well, it is what it is… The decoration is really unique and totally my style, but the staff was unhelpful, and the place lacked cleanliness.

We stayed in a two-story room with a kitchen.Thank you for your own cooler, it's convenient. I also thank the employee who met us, he allowed us to cook in his kitchen.Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend this place. I wouldn't stay there again for any price. The air conditioner made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. It felt like a hammer drill was working. Noisy road and zero sound insulation between rooms. The smelliest towels I've ever had in my life. Also the bathroom smelled very bad. The floor is dirty. This housing is absolutely unsuitable for an overnight stay, in my opinion.Update adding video

Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Kuta, Bali. Great location, great service, friendly staff.
