Highly reccomended.Rooms are nice and clean with secure doors, windows etc which can sometimes be an issue in a homestay. The grounds are also kept extremely nice, it's also very peaceful.Service is great, the owner(?) is very friendly and there are lots of services on offer. Pancakes and tea / coffee in the morning on offer.One thing is that the shower is definitely on the cooler side, and certain rooms only have a fan so if you're not great with the heat at night try to make sure you get the room with ac.Overall great value for money and a really good homestay option.

Cheap accommodation, spacious rooms, clean, not far from the main road. suitable for those who stop by Lovina beach to see dolphinsIt's just that the owner is not very communicative, I ordered on Agoda which included breakfast but when I stayed I wasn't given breakfast.

It was a pleasure to stay here and meet Mr Kadek and his family. Really warm and friendly to all guests (local and foreign)I happened to book a room on the spot because there were problems when I wanted to book online. My advice is better to book online if you can, the price difference is 50-60k. Mr and Mrs also offer dolphin trips at competitive prices.I stayed in room 7. All facilities (such as AC, shower, water tap, flush toilet, socket) in the room functioned well except for the TV, but I also don't watch TV so it wasn't a problem.The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are also relaxing chairs on the terrace of the room. The parking area is also spacious for cars and motorbikes.For shared facilities there is a mini bar and kitchen. Coincidentally, when I went there, in the evening the foreign guests and Mr. Kadek and I chatted and even had karaoke in the mini bar. Oh yes, in the kitchen we can cook if we bring instant noodles or something like that.In the morning before the dolphin trip, Mom prepared breakfast in the form of pancakes with banana topping.Overall the service and facilities provided are very satisfying. Hopefully we can visit Lovina again and stay at Sedap Malam😊

The caretaker is friendly. The place is comfortable, beautiful, clean and affordable. There is a mini kitchen and place to eat. Get room number 3 with AC and private bathroom at an affordable price. Recommend to come here again.

I recently stayed at this cottage and was thoroughly impressed. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The room was great, well-maintained, and surprisingly affordable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

Dirty, absolutely disgusting sink. It must have been 3 years since it was cleaned. Breakfast was served reluctantly and listlessly.Beautiful garden with many fruit trees. Quiet location. Barking dogs in the yard.

We stayed in this place for exactly 30 minutes, it’s bad to live there(We arrived after 8 hours on a bike, tiredMy husband and I booked this on Booking.comAnd when we arrived, it was terrible, it’s a pity that we can’t attach photosThis is my first time encountering this in Bali.Absolutely unfriendly hostess who was only interested in selling us a dolphin tourAnd the number is a nightmareA bunch of huge ants, some huge larvae, cockroaches, a lot of dust, a dirty toilet and shower, cobwebsThere was no hot water, which no one warned aboutThey just gave us 2 towels and changed the linen, which also had stains on itWe just packed our things and left, we didn’t get our money backIf you want to stay here, be careful and see the room first

Classic Balinese homestay, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast included (banana pancake is a classic too)...but if you stay here it's definitely handy to have your own wheels as there's not many food options in the immediate surroundings

We've been here several times and can highly recommend this place! Kadek and his family are among the most helpful and warm-hearted people we've met in Bali. You can book all activities here at reasonably low prices.Now, addressing some negative reviews:1)When booking an affordable homestay, one should not expect 5-star services for breakfast and in the room. It's fair to appreciate the reasonable price.2)In Asia, one should not complain about cockroaches – it comes with the territory. If you want to avoid that, maybe book a high-end hotel in Norway.3) If you book a dolphin tour at his place ( wich is only 200.000 including small cake,coffee,water,snorkeling and swimming with the dolphin) kadek will commit to his boat driver and cancel other guests due to your booking.So if you cancel it, the boat driver has no income at that day and for people depending on every penny, a spontaneous cancellation can have signifikant consequences.4)If you book a room without air conditioning and cold water, don't complain about it. It's crucial to have realistic expectations and accept the options you've chosen.

When they arrived they were pleasant but when we came back and told them that in the end we were not going to book the dolphin excursion it seemed that they were not very happy and were quite rude. Not only that, but when I went to sleep because the hostel cat had sneaked into the room I realized that there was a giant cockroach. Soon, another one comes out of nowhere and to top it all off, already checking everything, we see a dead woman under the mattress. The only solution they have given is to say that it is normal and that they were not going to refund our money. With which, I find myself in bed without being able to sleep a wink. I do not recommend it.

I am writing this review in the wee hours of the morning without being able to sleep because we found 2 live 4X4 cockroaches running around the room. Then we looked and there was a dead one under the bed. We wanted to leave but they don't want to give us the money so we will have to stay here. Without sleep, I do not recommend it at all. Not hiring the Dolphin excursion with them, they have also been super rude. And the owner saying that nothing was happening doesn't bother you to see who sleeps tonight because I won't be able to, thank you.

Top homestay, location a little on the edge of the city center (30 minutes on foot) but it is quite easy to do by scooter (which can be rented on site).The managers are very friendly and will offer to sing karaoke in the evening with the other travelers. It's really cool.The rooms are simple, the wifi works well but be careful for those who are cold, the showers have cold water ;).If you are looking to do activities, they will be happy to organize that for you (see dolphins, snorkeling etc.) and the same if you need transport.We highly recommend :)
