We stayed in one of the villas and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so helpful. The restaurant and staff were amazing and the views from the pool in the room were unparalleled.

This hotel was incorporated into the Marriott Autograph Collection in August 2024.I made a reservation at the Westin Ubud, but the jungle view of Ubud looked so good that I switched to this hotel. I think it was a really good decision.It is a small hotel with less than 40 rooms, and except for 10 pool villas, all of them are suites.As there were only a few rooms, the swimming pool was quiet and it was very quiet even when walking around the hotel grounds, which was really nice.All the staff here are very professional, attentive, and very friendly. It is no exaggeration to say that they provide hospitality services that are almost on par with the Ritz-Carlton.ALL the crews at this hotel are truly great!!!!!. I am so proud of you.Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can choose from unlimited a la carte menu items.When the staff came to check out and said that they would like to come again next time, I also really wanted to come again. It's a pity that the distance between Korea and Bali is so far. If it were closer, I would come here more often.It was nice to see a good Marriott hotel newly incorporated in Ubud.

We loved it here, everything's literally perfect! The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was so good that we could barely walk after leaving. We had an awesome private villa with pool, where you can really be for yourself and enjoy the view to the rainforest while taking a dip in the pool! The rooms were perfectly clean and always made up. It's a little outside of Ubud but we enjoyed that since it's a little bit more quiet and relaxed.Hopefully we can come back some day, highly recommended!
