The guard was just sullen, not happy to serve him. The person is a tall, thin man...I asked if there was an extra bed for extra use? He answered sarcastically...nothing, it's like this. I just answered, how do I know whether there is an extra bed or not, that's why I asked sir... It's not recommended...Many of the photos in the reviews are photos of the Puri Bharata Hotel in Legian. Not the one in Jimbaran! It's really misleading..

Bathroom & toilet facilities in room no. 15 unsatisfactory, closed water tap hose is damaged, only filled with a small bucket for bathing, in the room like on the edges of the bed there is a lot of dust

I ordered a room for my husband who came from the airport, because it was far to go back to the village, finally I ordered this room, when I got here I called my husband and I was shocked because the atmosphere was very different from the photo, both the room had lots of islands on the sheets and the bathroom which was dirty and the guard whose breath smelled of something pungent, finally I asked my husband to check out a few minutes after checking in, consider it a waste of money even though the money was hard to find🥲🥲

Today, April 14 2024, I just checked out of this hotel which I originally booked on the Agoda application and got a price of 250,000, I thought it was clean because I was attracted by the photos, checked in late at 11.30 at night. Come and be served by a tall man with a sullen face and not a smile at all. At that time, I was taken on a tour to see the room, I was surprised that the floor was very dirty, the atmosphere was tense, fortunately there were many people staying there, so the atmosphere was not too tense at all. When the bedroom door was opened, mashaAllah it felt stuffy, the floor was dirty, the toilet was a jackpot, the sheets were stained, there was no TV, fortunately the AC was working well. Finally, I asked the father to choose a take-home room, sir, because I was bringing 1 child and 1 baby. Because the car park is in a different location and there is a lot of luggage. His father said lightly (if you don't want it, it's up to you to find someone else) I think it's okay, just go to sleep, checkout tomorrow at 8 o'clock. Finally resigned myself to sleeping there. When I checked out, I returned the key and met very friendly gentlemen. Actually, if the facilities are repaired, I recommend it, because it's not taken care of, that's it, it ends up looking like an abandoned building 🤗🤗 so much for receiving your salary 🙏 if you want to stay here, look for a quiet and eerie atmosphere that's suitable 🤗

We were immediately shocked upon arrival. The price is exactly in line with what you get.We felt like literally nothing had been cleaned. From stains on the sheets to a dirty mirror. It also turned out that a standard resident was living in the bathroom🪳. Didn't bother to look at the pool anymore.The owner did not smell fresh and we did not stay. Unfortunately, because the site itself is beautiful.

The room is very dirty and smelly..the sheets are full of sperm stains..the walls of the room are full of cobwebs..the bathroom is smelly and dirty..the atmosphere of the hotel is tense and the service is very unfriendly..very bad..don't be fooled by the cheap price..photo very different from the original... 5 minutes into the room and immediately checkout... I wanted to vomit

Disappointing, the room is dirty, the bathroom is also dirty, there are no towels, don't use a Telkomsel sim card, the internet will definitely be difficult. No wifi. The place is really scary, it seems haunted.

Horrible. Filthy, outdated and still overpriced remains of what must have been nice and authentic in the past. Broken AC, smelly and dirty room… braun water coming from taps. After booking with Agoda, we were not expected (?) by the apparent drunk and obvious rude person at ‘reception’. The cleanest thing we saw was a stray cat walking on the property. We fled the scene asap!

When we arrived at this hotel, around 20.00, we were not greeted by a friendly face. He questioned my booking via Agoda, and he said he had no information that I would check in. while I have paid for the room online. he gave us a room. when we saw the condition of the room we were shocked. the condition of the room was very pathetic, dirty, the smell was very bad, the bathroom was very dirty, spider webs were everywhere, the water didn't flow properly, the AC was broken, the fan didn't work, the mattress and everything in the room was dusty. when we wanted another room, the hotel guard said all the rooms were in similar conditions. The hotel guard was very unfriendly. He cursed us with harsh words.we smelled alcohol from the hotel guard while he was talking. it looked like he was drunk. when he gave us another alternative room, he smoked in the room. this is unreasonable behaviour. At first, he was very unhappy with what we were worried about. It's very natural for us to ask for another room because the condition of the room here is not suitable for occupancy. The night guard here is very bad, unfriendly, and uses harsh words towards us. Honestly, I want my money returned. in my personal opinion it is better to sleep at the bus stop than in this room. NOT RECOMMENDED! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Strategic location near the main road, very close to Jimbaran beach, take Go-Jek 7 minutes to arrive, very friendly service, there is a car park right next to this hotel, you can also park trucks and big buses. The best check-in time is between 12 noon and 9 Evening. The AC is cold, the water runs smoothly, there is a cupboard and table in the room, the recommendation is to rest here... if you are forced to check in a bit late and don't meet the receptionist on site, there is a cellphone number available in front of the reception door ready to help... but ideally check in between 12 noon to 9 pm ... At 8 am there is already a receptionist on standby

Strongly not recommendedSorry, I'm not dropping it, but this is really an accommodation where the rooms have dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, sandy, crusty, I swear it's really dirty, the cellphone signal is difficult here, especially Telkomsel is really broken here, there's no wifi, I was tricked into taking photos on Traveloka, it's really far away from fire, basically I really don't recommend it.
