Big property with little maintenance. Breakfast area is not very clean. Incest/cockroach are roaming freely beside the cooking area and they are not bothered to clean it. Property is also rented for marriage purpose and that is beside the pool area. So, you can not use the pool for that duration.Location is great. Very close to beach.

Good morningI stayed 4 nights in this hotel which is superbly located opposite the sea, very large swimming pool, impeccable service we had a dirty bedroom curtain and a rusty toilet paper holder both were changed very quickly so very responsiveThe breakfast there is what you need in short I highly recommend this establishment and do not understand the bad comments but surely people wishing to have a 12 star and pay for 2 stars in short do not hesitate to go there with your eyes closed

The hotel is overall trying to save on the last penny they can.. to the extent that you would feel frustrated by every thing right from tea bags, water , quality of rooms. The only positive is the location near the beach. The breakfast is of a very average quality with no fresh juice. The door of the bathroom didn't have a latch to close it. And many more such problems. I wish I had booked courtyard by Marriott which was very near..the staff doesn't have soft skills to do any mature discussion.

Big and spacious rooms, with all the basic comforts, breakfast was good. Pool was great but the music could be better. Day spa was great. Location was the best to be able to enjoy Seminyak beach at night. Walk straight out of the hotel onto the beach. Loved our stay, and will definitely return.

Disgusting !! $120 a night room 1108 ! Old mouldy air con was terrible but the bathroom topped it !!! Sewerage in bathroom stunk !! I ended up requesting my money back !!! Not to mention they changed my sheets and gave me yellow stained sheets ! Never again

Nice big rooms, king-sized bed, huge bathroom. Fantastic pool and bar in the pool. The beach was 50 metres away!!😁 I literally could sit in the pool and look out across to the ocean. Good variety on offer for breakfast. Close to all the shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the 2 bed pool villa which was lovely, however just remember this is an older resort so some fittings and tiling are not as good condition. But it was always clean and well appointed. The best part was the staff were very friendly and attentive.Location is amazing, right on the beachfront and also backs onto a quiet street close to seminyak shopping district. There is a good money exchange and warung restaurant just outside the lobby.Surfing lessons straight in front of resort are good for beginners.Breakfast was very good, spa was good but there are also lots of options close by.Loved our stay

An excellent experience for a structure which is certainly beautiful on the outside, it is an Indonesian 4 star, internally it would need to be completely renovated, the bathtubs are dated, as are the taps that need replacing and the furniture: so don't expect "European" furnishings, which although sober are new. Here the furniture is all dated, nothing is thrown away, the bed is beautiful, and the linen service is excellent, we have some doubts about the cleanliness (floor and bathroom).It is in the average of the other structures we visited (3), excellent and plentiful breakfast, bar service and spa massages in the pool, to be said in its favor is the beachfront location, convenient and central (a few steps from the shopping area of Seminyak.Pay attention to the cancellation policy which by their way of doing rule must be received 7 days before the arrival date, less than 7 days 1 night will be charged.This policy has no legal - legal basis (general contract conditions, terms and conditions),but they do it, they apply it anyway.There is a constant turnover of staff at the "Reception" and you will never talk to the same people. Don't expect to talk to any owner, they only send the "Secondini -Subposto" forward. Even if you are right, there must be someone who listens to you, and they are always right.For longer periods it is better to take a guest house, or apartment, if you don't want to enjoy the hotel "services" and want to move around a lot. It's cheaper. And remember that for them the tourist is a chicken to be plucked. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
