I booked early check in so it would be nice to be able to check in straight away in the morning, so I was shocked that the hotel looked poorly maintained, dirty, cigarette butts had not been taken for a long time, the toilets were dirty and there was no front desk person, I waited from 7 am to 9 am, I tried contacting management, they said my booking wasn't in the system, Agoda had also confirmed it, so Reddoorz didn't respond, so I moved. The Agoda theme says there will be a 100% refund but just look at everything that needs to be processed. So you also need to remember, don't be fooled by good reviews on the application, the reality is that the photos on Agoda are very disgusting, and Agoda should also check its working partners, because this is the first time I have had a bad experience booking via Agoda so I can still accept it. And remember, don't get trapped by affordable prices, it's better to pay more but be satisfied.

Will never return to this hotel....haven't entered the checkout straight away, it's disgusting...it's dirty, it's not worth calling a place to stay...if you don't want to lose the holiday moment, it's better to look for a slightly more expensive hotel rate... .

Don't be trapped by reviews that say it's good😁... the worst experience of staying at this place... immediately checked out and moved hotels, it wasn't worth it... the pillows were fluffy, dirty, the bathroom was dirty..... if you wanted to save money, you would end up losing money. ...not recommended

Dirty bathroom can't be used. The bed sheets were dirty as if they hadn't been washed. A lot of furniture was damaged. Not recommended. It's better to pay more for better facilities.

Ordering a deluxe room type per night doesn't reach 200k which is amazing. The rooms are quite spacious, AC, shower works well. Not inferior to 3 stars. Reserved 2 nights on the Reddoorz app using the promo code INVXHOTELPROMO I got a decent 24% discount

Humid room. A bit smelly. A bit dirty.Anyway, while sleeping, my partner seemed to see a large black figure in the corner of the room on the 1st floor. I also felt a bit of horror, a dark aura covered in it.But just look, peaceful, nothing to do. Maybe it needs general cleaning and a ceremony. Or make a suitable place.My advice is if the review is not good. It's better to improve immediately, don't use buzzers to cover up and increase the rating.

It was really a very bad experience to stay at this hotel, let me detail it:1. The cleanliness is God forbid, the mattress smells, there is hair, it looks like a place for urination, where it smells musty and lots of vomit marks.2. It's better to clean the MCK than the toilet, the yellow shower has a lot of crust so I'm disgusted with using it, the sink doesn't operate, the toilet is also dirty with lots of crust.3. The floor is dusty and a bit sticky, you know what it is4. The property is not taken care of, the facilities are only for hahaha, the swimming pool is dusty and dirty, smells of chlorine, the billiard table is not clear, the mini soccer is also just a display.5. The cleanliness is really not very good, my advice is to just look for another hotel, instead of regretting looking at the room just for cleaning 😁

VERY DIRTY AND filthy!! It looks like the room was not cleaned from previous guests who stayed overnight. dirty floor, dusty table, mossy bathroom, VERY SMELLY and DIRTY, mattress lots of spots, towels, blankets and pillows STINK. Where are there so many mosquitoes!! It's difficult to sleep here, staying just one night is very uncomfortable!! The pool facilities couldn't be used because the water was dirty, mossy and green... with a rental price of 250k per night, it wasn't really worth it!!! There are still many other places with the same price but much better, it was a really bad experience to have stayed here, it was very REGRETTING and TERRIFYING, I will never come back to this place again, I was given a voucher for a free stay, I don't want to! Please think again about staying here, it feels like staying in a shelter!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I'm suspicious that those with good comments are probably their own marketing salespeople🤫

IT'S SO DIRTY!! the room was never cleaned, the floor was dirty, the table was dusty, the bathroom had traces of cigarette dust, the bidet was leaking, the sink was mossy, the mattress had lots of spots, the pillows smelled, the towels were dirty and had lots of spots. This is the first time staying at RedDoorz feels like staying at a shelter...
