Since our twin bed request was not available we got upgraded to a double bed in a junior suite. The resort is really so lovely and tastefully designed. There are guest activities every morning you can join. We did the yoga, meditation, and Jamu making session on a Saturday. The pool is clean and gorgeous. The gym is superb. The breakfast is sumptuous.The bedding is super comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It was a really relaxing stay.I'd give it overall a 4.5 stars. What could be improved:- There is a lot of noise from the street. Our balcony was facing the street so next time I would request for a room that is not facing the street. I still had a restful sleep as there is not much traffic at night. However it gets noisy during the day.- The restaurant was also facing the road, and I find myself tend to avoid the restaurant due to the noise. This can't really be helped by the resort.- The bathtub water could not turn hot/warm so I had an uncomfortable cold bath. The staff regularly checked up on me via WhatsApp and offered to check the bath. The staff are very attentive!Shout-out to the team Yudha, Ena, Jay, Jesi, and Radha for the pleasant stay.

Amnaya Resort in Benoa is absolutely stunning, the rooms are immaculately laid out with all facilities needed for a stay, the view from the room was so nice to watch the sunset. The cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10, we could not fault how clean the hotel is. The staff are such kind people, very patient, can’t do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable, big thanks to Gede. It was my husbands birthday during our stay and they made such a lovely effort to make him feel special with a cake and bed decoration, thank you Budi! The a la carte breakfast in the mornings is equally great, theres lots of options and variety of fresh food available, I’d recommend more vegetarian food as I felt this was slightly limited but the staff accommodated all requests with ease. I have to mention the pool, what a lovely serene atmosphere surrounded by nature and the most beautiful plants and flowers! True oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Thank you Amnaya for a great stay!

The staff here at Amnaya have been exceptional and made our stay so thoroughly enjoyable. They have all gone above and beyond to help us and were all super helpful when we had a late check-out and continued to provide amazing service. Febi was beautiful and made me a lovely clip! I cannot remember all the staff names however every interaction was so friendly and helpful from security, to reception, pool, restaurant and cleaning! Could not fault!!! Would highly recommend

This is the best experience in Bali! The resort has been well maintained and equipped. You can explore the pool in the secret garden, professional spa, and smart decorated rooms.
