Worst experience in Bali. Personal is incredibly rude. I booked 3 nights not knowing there is no hot water. Staff member told me it's described on booking but that's just not true. He said it's my problem not his. There was one room with hot water but there the AC was noisy in a way that you just can't sleep. I just asked for 2 nights refund so I stayed one night, which I think is reasonable seen the complaints. The answer was no and it's not their problem. I left because it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Staff behaved very grumpy towards me at check out. I am making a complaint file at booking, I am not done with this yet.Wouldn't recommend going here to this outdated place and ownership who makes profit to not give hot water.Update: the booking company gave me back 60% of the ammount I payed because this hotel refused to be reasonable, which claims I am in my right. Just.. don't go here, there are much better options.

No toilet papers and no soup , and the room stink like moldy. I was requesting to do late check out after a local dude gave me a drink shot that make me pass away after 5 minutes and they stolen 800,000 from my wallet in the near circle K market the night before . I dont even sleep in the room and they was trying to keep me out at 11:30am . Was 12 and the cleaning guy was trying to fight me and harras me. I explain im taking my luggage and saving everything and they was with the open door . The worst experience in my 1 month here . Everything inside the room was smelling like they dont clean the bed sheets and pillows and the bathroom was bad the toilet was not even working . One of the pool was super gree n and mosquitos . I found a better place for just 125k nearby. This place for 250k is not good value for what is and dont look like booking pictures look old .

I love this hostel I was 2 timesThe team it’s like a big family, there super niceYou are just at 5 min from the beach, pool and room super niceFor the breakfast it’s pancakes party … like you can have as you want, it’s not just one plateYou can book every activity’sI love this hosts I recommend!!

Celebbest Kuta offer different type of trips and I would not recommend them.The person in charge, Gary, will behave like a friend, laugh and make you feel close to him but don't be naive, this guy see only his personal interest. I book a trip with him, paid a 50% deposit and could not intend. I explain him by phone, 1 week before the trip, that I couldn't come and that he could keep my deposit ( the website ( getyourguide ) that he use to promote his trip clearly say that 24h prior the trip you can have a full refund) he force me to pay fully his trip otherwise he will call the police and the immigration (extorsion) and hang up on me. This is after spending over 2 month in his hostel with sulfur smell water..This guy will behave like a friend but at the end of the day he just want your money. Be aware.If you still want to support this type of behavior, book his trip on the website ( getyourguide ) even if he tell you he can give you a better price if you choose to pay directly to him, the website will give you the insurance that he will not give you.Honestly, there's plenty of good people in Indonesia which you can book a trip from, which your money will help their life style and I highly recommend you to choose someone else.

It's value fits the quality of rooms. It is great value for everything else included, great service and the reception and house keeping was very accommodating. We were unlucky with our rooms facilities but if not for that it was a pleasant stay.

This residence near KUTA Beach is no longer NEW because it was built 25 years ago according to the owner. , But with a time span of a quarter of a century it can last... , I can understand and it feels like it's still worth living inThank You Celebbest Kuta hostel 😘🙏 a

We booked the Komodo Sailing Trip through Celebbest Kuta, which was a big disappointment. Unfortunately, there was a lot of miscommunication on this trip.We had a shuttle included from Celebbest Kuta to the airport. But it never showed up, and we could not get in touch with anyone from Celebbest Kuta. So we ended up ordering the transport to the airport ourselves.We have also been told that snorkeling equipment was included. However, our boat did not have the equipment, once again due to miscommunication. So the sweet crew on the boat had to buy new snorkeling equipment right before departure.We had even more problems with miscommunication later on in the sailing trip. We had been told that all hikes and other fees were included. But the boat crew had not been informed about this. However, the staff on the boat were very understanding and did everything to help us.We were also promised by Celebbest Kuta to get two beds on the boat trip. But we ended up sharing the room with two strangers in a bunk bed (a bunk bed that was probably meant for two people, not four).We found the Komodo Sailing Trip on GetYourGuide, but contacted Celebbest Kuta to get answers to our questions before paying for the trip. Celebbest Kuta said we should book directly through them; otherwise, the trip would most likely not happen. This was more complicated because we had to create new accounts on Wise and pay extra fees because of it.So if you are considering the Komodo sailing trip, I would recommend booking it through someone else. We also found out that the other people on the boat had paid way less through their agencies’s.We have subsequently tried to contact Celebbest Kuta, but they do not respond to our messages.However, apart from all this, the sailing trip itself was a beautiful and eventful experience. Especially because of the very helpful crew. So no criticism to the boat crew, but for Celebbest Kuta for not being able to vouch for everything they promised.

I have no idea why this place is highly rated. The room was mouldy and dirty. The pillows and bedding were covered in black mould. So much so that mould entered our bags and clothes during our stay. The upstairs toilet leaked through our ceiling dripping who knows what into our bathroom. We pointed that out and no one cared. The toilet ran with dirty water when flushed and smelled disgusting. The furniture is being eaten to dust by termites. It was a cheap room, but at the very least you are paying for a safe and comfortable bed and they didn't even provide that.We left 5 days before our scheduled checkout and explained why to complete indifference from the staff. There are far better options available in the area. Unfortunately, we had booked for a long stay and had to swallow the cost to get to a safer place. Avoid at all costs, or risk getting sick from the completely dire condition of the rooms.

I tried a lot of different guesthouses in kuta, Bali and this one is the best. Cheap prices for dorm, really clean n comfortable. Free pancakes for breakfast and the swimming pool is really nice ! Don't hesitate to go there, people are really kind !

I loved it at Celebbest Kuta, but one of the staff members, Gerry, turned out to be very unprofessional. If you go on a trip with him, be careful because even though you paid for an all inclusive trip, Gerry will make sure to exclude you if he does not like you. This man is 30+ years old but acts like a child. He didn’t like one of the guys from our group, so the guy did not get to ride the arranged taxi back to the airport. Straight-up bullying a paying customer. Also, don’t sleep next to him if you’re a guy. Just a warning.
