ok wow ?1. First, room smells strange.2. No shampoos etc.3. they said they have breakfast but the breakfast is a ready served SALAD in a box?? And i asked, what kind? They said “cabbage and carrot”But really who eat cabbage and carrot for breakfast? and why did u charge me for that? That is purely catfishing.Also, a day ago, i lost my card entry to the room and they said they charge me to change. and today, wow the door couldnt open!! the sensor’s ran out of battery!So what am i supposed to do really 🥹 my stuff is there, and tomorrow morning i check out.One more thing omg all the staffs are so slow and maybe high, to their face i told them to clean my room as the “please clean” tag was taken by the GUY who previously cleaned it. and they didnt clean it 🤣🤣🤣

There is a very big problem in cleaning. Try using clean cleaning materials to clean. Management should also consider checking the room for improvement of amenities. The hallways are dirty. Please improve. Some photos of dirtiness i am not even able to take a photo. I cleaned because i cannot stand to stay the night to sleep with a dirty and unpleasant toilet. Please improve.

If your after just a bed and nothing else then the bed was clean and comfortable. Nothing else really going for the place. The ladies were friendly at the reception but won't be back so many other better options. Shop around

I was plesantly surprised, we got the room cheap for $35 aud per night. Room was clean, wifi on, air con cool, no musky smell, nice and quiet. Hot water for us both (unlike the many other hotels we stayed in Bali with bad smell and no hot water). Theres also a mini fridge which helps a tonn with chilling our drinks. Honestly cant say I can agree with the other reviews, though I am only in one of the rooms in the back away from traffic. 10/10 one of the best budget hotels I tried out of dozens of hotels in BaliClean, spacious, wonderful.

Photos don’t show the rooms as they are right now, mine was a little dirty and room was worse for wear. The thing that bothered me most was that the sheets also smelled really bad, don’t think they were changed when I checked in.Staff were nice and had the sheets changed as soon as I asked though.

I do not recommend this hotel.The cleaning and overall maintenance of the hotel leaves you speechless for a hotel at this price, I'll let you discover it yourself with photos. We changed rooms 3 times, ending up in a room overlooking the main road. (We had a terrible night due to the traffic noise)The swimming pool is deteriorating, it reflects the maintenance of this hotel.

have a good location, near if we gonna go everywhere, the room big enough, good ambiencebut one things makes me dissapointed is the staff gives me an expired tooth pasta, when i ask a new tooth pasta they said “dont have it” 🙃but all staff is good, helpfull

My experience was terrible! Person working at registration desk registered me as someone else staying just for one night, altough I booked for longer - without asking for my booking number and while having my passport, meaning the proof of who I am! And then canceled my reservation in the middle of the night as 'no show' and gave my room to someone else! The staff didn't even apologize, they just keept trying to make it like I was the one to blame. I booked this hotel in particular because I was on buisiness here and it was close to my work, but they just didn't care, didn't even try to offer to find me another suitable accommodation. Over the top was when hotel send me an mail stating how sorry they are that 'I' choose to cancle the boooking. Don't book this hotel as you might end up without accommodation!

Great little boutique hotel. We had a 2 bed villa with swim up pool. Great idr50000 lunch special beer and burger. Rooms cleaned on request. Food and service very good staff always ready to help with any issues. Ideal location about 5 minutes taxi to icon mall. Only let down room fridges only go down to 16 degrees Celsius but staff will keep your drinks ice cold at reception for you. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Recommend to anyone

first roomIt was almost like sleeping on the street, with zero soundproofing. The sound of the motorcycle made me feel like I was going to turn around. When I lay down on the bed, it tickled like crazy.Bedding and towels were dirty, the sewer smelled bad, and there were a lot of mosquitoes!I was so annoyed by the world that I inquired and they changed my room.The noise in the change room was okay, but other than the noise, everything else was bad.The pillow smelled like a condensation of the scents of all the people in the world, and the blanket had a musty smell that made me think it might be like Jjanggu's dad's feet. I made a reservation for two nights, but I didn't think I could spend another day here, so I booked another hotel that night.It only looks good, but the rooms don't seem to be maintained at all. It's a waste of a hotel. I think it would be better to raise the price and pay more attention to cleaning.The only advantage is that the receptionist is very friendly.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, spacious bathroom. Can ask to be cleaned every day. The receptionist is friendly and agile. Close to restaurants and cafes.

The sheet and the blanket was dirty there is yellow spots all over the sheet. Its disgusting but we decided not to fuss about it. Other wise Friendly staff and the swimming pool is nice.
