We rented our own villa with pool for 7 nights. Great villa, bears a little sign of lack of maintenance, but it works just fine. The pool is also quite ok. Occasionally visited by monkeys, it was not troublesome for us in the villa. They walked on the walls past us, sometimes they just sat there and looked at us. Can highlight one negative thing, there are a lot of ants outside and unfortunately inside the villa, especially the bathroom. This is annoying. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and I would especially like to praise those who clean and tidy the villa every day. Fantastically pleasant and kind people. The breakfast is an average buffet which I think Asians like very much, but it's not something we Scandinavians and more Westerners are so happy about. Location is perfect in Ubud. Short way to everything.

We stayed here for 4 days. I booked it on the premise of other reviewers saying that monkeys do come across. Unfortunately not to where my room is located. …

It was the best hotel which we tried during our vacation in Bali. You won't regret it. Situating next to monkey forest and you would find all amenities inside the hotel. We enjoyed playing in the swimming pool.

Hotel very well located near restaurants and shops. A free Spa session. Nice swimming pool. The breakfast is very good. The bathrooms are in need of renovation but the rooms are spacious and the four poster bed is nice. It is a good base for exploring the region.

It is a nice hotel but a little old (as is the case with most establishments in Indonesia). The room was spacious, as was the sink (which needed updating). The garden and pool area are very pleasant but keep in mind that it is next to the Monkey Forest, so it is common for the monkeys to roam freely in the garden, the restaurant or your terrace. I subtracted one star because we had a visit from a rat in the bathroom on the 1st night. It was raining outside and I think it got into the pipes. We called reception and the staff came to remove it (twice). For the rest, all good.

It is located next to the Monkey Forest Conservation Area. The location is very good, but when you live here, remember not to open the windows or leave the door open for a long time. Monkeys may come in and steal things. Of course, the on-site staff will try their best to help you drive away the monkeys! Something happened when I checked in. I originally arrived around 13:00 and wanted to ask if I could check in early, but the older female receptionist told me that I couldn't check in until two o'clock. She felt that she was not in a good mood. !But when I came back at two o'clock and went to the counter, I was told that the room was not ready yet. I was dumbfounded. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I left first and continued my sightseeing trip. When I returned to the hotel at about four o'clock, I was told by the counter The manager (a middle-aged man with glasses) helped me check in very enthusiastically! It feels like she is still on the front line of the counter receiving guests, but the feeling is so different. Maybe it’s because the female staff member’s mood was affected by something!
