The location is excellent. The staff's response is also polite and good.There is a pool, but no gym.There are no amenities such as hair brushes and cotton swabs.I think it's better not to expect too much from breakfast.

This is a very beautiful hotel, friendly staff. We stayed just for one night, but we wanted to stay longer. I totally recommend since they have everything important here and it’s really in the center of kuta. Although it was a short stay we enjoyed it very much.

I stayed for about a weekThe room was old, but it was enough for just sleeping. However, the safety box was broken so I couldn't use it at all.The drainage is also not good, so it gets a little clogged.But it's close enough to the city to stay cheap!

Rooms are very dull, beds uncomfortable and the air-conditioning is terrible. Our door also had a huge gap from the floor to where the door started meaning the aircon was escaping and mosquitos would come in the room. The restaurant we went to had trails of ants running up and down the wall right near the food. Bathroom, omg I have. Nightmares...was gross. Honestly this place needs a major upgrade and a deep clean. Or just start again ... Wouldn't recommend it unfortunately ❌❌❌❌❌

In principle it is a great hotel, a bit outdated but a beautiful Balinese style in an excellent location. Where it unfortunately went wrong is that when we checked in today the reception changed our booking without saying anything from a room with a queen size bed to a room with single beds, on a busy road and with a poorly maintained bathroom that did not match at all the photos of the room when booking. When we said something to the concierge who walked with us that the room was not right, he still tried to sell us the room by saying that they would then push the beds together. When we insisted that there was something wrong with the reservation, we had to call the reception. Once on the phone, we were immediately taken to the correct room that we had booked. At first glance you might think it was well resolved, but it was clear to us that they had done this on purpose. Bookings for rooms are all done digitally, almost no mistakes can be made here, the correct room was immediately assigned to us by the reception after the complaint and this room was immediately available and cooled by the air conditioning. Finally, when we arrived at the reception afterwards, they did not listen to the story, but only said sorry with a broad grin, which seemed far from credible. Whether it was that we came across as stupid tourists with a backpack or whether it was a coincidence... this didn't seem believable to us and it felt like she deliberately wanted to put us in a bad room. Never experienced anything like this before in a hotel with such a name and price-quality ratio... and it also ruins some of the holiday fun when checking in during your holiday. Not recommended because of this!

Grand Istana Rama Hotel is always the place I stay when I go to Bali, because of the great service. The innergarden is beautiful and has a peaceful atmosphere. It's beautiful especially in the evening with the lights and plants.They a nice swimmingpool and they are a stonethrow away from the beach.The staff are all great and feel like a second family to me after 15 years coming here.

It has a perfect location with Kuta Beach in front and Beach Walk next door, and the guest rooms are well arranged in two and three-story buildings, giving you the feel of a bungalow in the garden. Even though it's located in a busy area, once you're in the room, you don't have to worry about the noise outside. Although the settings are at an intermediate level, I think the cost performance is high. The room has everything you need, and the fact that there is an electric mosquito repellent is also a plus. There are also slippers, umbrellas, and bathrobes.Although the pool is small, it is sufficient considering the number of guests, and it gets plenty of sunlight. There is also a pool bar.After all, the beach walk next door is a big plus, and I think it's the perfect playground for families with children.Also, since the hotel has been around for a long time, the staff's service is well-seasoned, so you won't have to worry about anything.Although the breakfast buffet doesn't have a five-star variety, it still feels like a buffet, but if you stay for more than 5 nights, you might get a little tired of it.Since the restaurant is open-air, there is a breeze during breakfast so it's not too hot, but lunch and dinner are quite humid.

Disappointed with the hotel management, my father has booked 28 SUPER DELUXE rooms for September 9 from February and has made a down payment in March, and it has been paid off in August. In fact, we received information on H-1 that the room booked was NOT AVAILABLE because there was an internal error.Asking for responsibility for the hotel to be transferred here and there, please fix the management, this problem is not detrimental to just one party😶How are you going to get trust from customers if this is how it works?
