The location is quite strategic because it is close to Sanur Beach. The receptionist was kind & helpful. But the room was not very practical.(1) The only plugs available are the TV plug, the plug behind the refrigerator and the bathroom plug. Because the plug on the TV is narrow, it can't be used. If you want to charge your cellphone, it's blocked by the refrigerator;(2) The bathroom door does not have a handle on the inside;(3) When I arrived at the shower, it smelled like urine, sorry, I don't know if a visitor had peed there before, but even though I asked to clean it, it still smelled like urine.(4) The sheets, pillowcases, and bolster covers have lots of stains. 🤦🏻♀️(5) The Wi-Fi takes a really long time. The XL signal here is also not goodPlease improve the cleanliness again

The bathroom is very lacking because there is no faucet in the shower, the toilet is not equipped with a water spray/tissue, the temperature of the water heater in the shower cannot be adjusted, the water takes a long time to stagnate in the bathroom area, the sink leaks, and there are *VERY* minimal facilities. Very Bad.

Samana Residence is quite comfortable for a long stay. There is a basement for car parking but it is often full, you have to park outside.Suggestion: open the land for parking so that parking is comfortable & safe, because there are so many guests who bring cars.The staff often responds quickly, but needs to be improved.The location is close to many restaurants, laundry, motorbike & car wash, supermarket, minimarket, etc.There is no printer.

Before leaving to go back, ask if the rooms are still available... when I arrived at the location they said the rooms were full... I think this hotel is a bit discriminatory... because I look like a difficult person so I wasn't served

Stayed here in connection with the opening of the Roti Ropi shop in Sanur towards the port. Stayed 3 nights, the atmosphere was quiet and calm, unfortunately the parking was very narrow, my car was scratched. Cleanliness is still lacking, it needs a lot of improvement, for example, rubbish must be thrown away every day. There is a refrigerator in the room but there is no aqua water. Got soap and shampoo towels. Budget 300 thousand for deluxe and 250 thousand for superior. The wifi was a bit slow on the 3rd floor, I got room 310.

One of the receptionists is very rude and has no attitude at all. Shouting at me as the guest when I was trying to tell her in a polite way because every time I asked her, she always said "I don't know" without even staring at my face.And yesterday I tried to tell her, but she cut me off while talking and told me sorry for cutting you off because you sat there on the chair in front of the receptionist while there's another guest checked in and based on the SOP you were wrong and not supposed to sit there, I could have warned you earlier (with a high tone) and I for sure replied her as she didn't respect me as a guest "oh wow your tone was really rude and you weren't supposed to treat other guest like this etc, you're not supposed to speak in a high intonation to me as I'm the guest here".I've been staying here for 4 months now, but this lady named pipin doesn't seem to respect each guest who has been staying there longer.The lady named pipin is very rude and she's not supposed to work in the hospitality industry.I have no complaints about other staff, they are all friendly and polite except for that one lady that I mentioned above.

This is the worst experience ever while staying at this place. On 25 October 2022, it rained heavily, we parked in the basement. Didn't even knock. Next thing you know, my friend calls and the car is already 50% submerged. Imagine this is a rental car and we have to pay a lot of money.The compensation?? Don't want to lose money, look for safety, give free accommodation for 30 days which is nothing compared to the damage to the car sinking in the basement itself due to staff negligence. Very bad.
