I've stayed here twice during my vacation in Bali. Very friendly staff, the hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and the rooms are comfortable.

I booked this hotel because I wanted something more quiet in the residential area and that’s exactly what I got. It’s only a short, inexpensive scooter/car ride away from trendy areas like Canggu and Seminyak. The rooms were spacious, clean, and there’s even a balcony for the rooms on the upper floors. The pool is not large but super nice and shaded and there’s even a shared kitchen for guests to use. But what really shined was the staff; they were so accommodating, incredibly helpful and understanding with certain issues that came up, exemplifying that wonderful Balinese hospitality. The front desk is staffed 24/7 as well! I will certainly be staying here again. Thanks so much for making my first visit to Bali a great one.

I didn't like that they allowed smoking in all the common areas, including the pool and the kitchen (small as it was) but the guests that smoked were very courteous about my not liking smoking, which was why I'm giving this a higher mark. The other guests (long-term tenants) were all very friendly and the hotel's adopted dogs were a nice touch, too.However, the "double bed" in our room was simply 2 single beds they pushed together (see picture) which was really lame. Also, when we got there, there were 4 lights in the room and 3 of the 4 needed new bulbs, so the lighting was terrible the first night. I told the front desk and he replaced 2 of the 3 that were missing the next day, but it was still not very well lit at night.We were looking for someplace with an extended stay option, and this place was sort of just meh compared to other places.

The mattress is clean, the floor isn't. Still dusty. The wooden tables and cupboards were dusty too. The bean bag outside has lots of bird droppings. Dirty bathroom, toilet hole can be that black. Even though going to accommodation is cheaper, the toilets are clean, the old sink drains flow so it floods when you wash your face and brush your teeth. I don't know what the water on the bathroom floor is but it doesn't flow. Flooded, even though I had just entered the room and hadn't used any water taps except to pee. Suspected that the sink was leaking but the sink had not been used when we arrived at the room. Just pee. The point is it's not clean at all.Stay here because it is unique, reviews say lots of cats and dogs can roam the room and even enter the guest room. But when we stayed we didn't find a cat, we only found 1 dog. Even though we had brought dry food from JKT. Because I'm really excited about you fur kids here. Not really, it turns out, oh, the friendly staff are really nice. But we got it on the 3rd floor. Room 308 (the smallest room) just arrived at the drama card, the door couldn't be opened, the staff called when in front of the room on the 3rd floor and they were told to go to the receptionist. Even though the staff should have taken us upstairs, because it was clear we wanted to go in. Don't want to go out. Finally we came out because we were tired of going back and forth to the stairs on the 3rd floor, the staff gave us cards that had been upgraded, when we went up, STILL WON'T OPEN, the staff went up to our room. We waited more than 30 minutes for the staff to come to the room because the card couldn't open the room. Finally used a manual key. After tracing the door handle, the BATTERY ran out. Can you check it first before guests come in? Wasting time in front of the room until sitting outside waiting for the staff to fix the door. But not too sorry because we only have 1 day. Give up again. Hopefully it can be used as evaluation material. It's far away, bro. Hfffttt
