Worst hotel ever, staff not friendly, beach in front is poor, swimming pool is basic, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, TV is broken, staff is not responsive… really bad experience! Kids club but parents need to stay because there’s anybody to take care about the kids! Never again!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel during my mother’s stay. While everything seemed fine at first, things took a terrible turn when the bathroom’s glass door shattered unexpectedly, injuring my mother’s hand quite badly. What made this situation worse was that the hotel initially demanded that we pay for the damages, despite the fact that the accident occurred through no fault of my mother’s. She was simply using the bathroom as intended, and the glass broke without any provocation.This response from the hotel was incredibly distressing, especially as we were already dealing with my mother’s injury. Instead of immediately prioritizing her health and safety, their focus was on asking for compensation. After several discussions, they did eventually apologize and withdrew the request for payment, but the entire experience left a sour taste.Accidents happen, but the lack of initial empathy and professionalism from the staff is concerning. While I appreciate the eventual apology, the fact remains that my mother’s hand was seriously hurt, and the way the situation was handled slowly only added to the stress of an already upsetting incident.I hope the hotel takes this as a serious learning opportunity to improve their handling of such accidents and ensure the safety and well-being of their guests are prioritized above all else.

We had a nice stay there. The price-performance ratio of the hotel is right, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had extremely poor Wi-Fi reception in the room, so streams etc. were not possible. Unfortunately, in September the sea is very far away, making swimming almost impossible.

The best place I've ever stayed. Cleaned every day, cleaned well. Your own beach, sun loungers are always free. As a bonus, the islands that form at low tide have a lot of starfish and blue stingrays. Entertainment events are held regularly. in general, for this price I did not expect such a service. Price tags around are 20-40% cheaper than on the whole island, shops, cafes, massage. I would return more than once, and I advise others to book with confidence 👌 when the sea goes away, a couple of kilometers from the nearest Nusa Dua beach, the water is up to your neck, you can swim at any time.

Is it a hotel. This was previously called Tijili Benoa, then changed its name to Libertt Benoa and now it is Lkosharold Benoa?For my room, I chose the front building near the back of the front office, access via the front office. The room is clean even though there is a mold smell, the sofa can be used as a sofa bed if you ask for sheets for the sofa for an additional feeNext time I will ask for a room close to the main pool - a room in front of the pool / bottom room.The special one is the lower pool, the water is warm and doesn't smell too much of chlorine like the pools in general, the children's pool which has various decorative fountains is a bit dirty, lots of fallen leaves in the area.Clean beach, private beach right in front of the breakfast areaThere are no hawkersThe fitness room is small, the view is interesting, you can see the plane landing, and the view of the water games at Benoa beach.There is a pool on the 2nd floor, close to the fitness room, especially for adults because it is deeper and you can enjoy the sunaet view

Appalling breakfast. It's without doubt the worst buffet breakfast I've ever experienced. Every morning it's the same. Freezing cold and greasy. There are no pancakes or waffles no yoghurt. The pastries are inedible and as stated everything else is freezing cold. The juices orange and apple are so watered down they are virtually undrinkable and the milk is also watered down. And the coffee...Don't get me started....disgusting....every one moans about the breakfast every morning. And on top of that it's been moved from the beach bar to the basement with insufficient tables and chairs. We Will never stay here again. There is no way all these 5 star reviews on here about the food are genuine. That's just not possible being how disgusting the breakfast was....clearly the hotel are adding reviews themselves. DONT BE FOOLED.

The room was okay, bathroom small but the balcony view was 10/10. Liked the place from the start, loved the pool to the core :)Staff was good, greeted all the time, haha! Food could have been better. They do not have a lot to offer in the breakfast buffet.The hotel does have a beach but the water on the beach was stagnant and could not go there.

Every morning, we were greeted with a stunning sunrise view from our balcony—a perfect way to start the day! The facilities at this resort are also very complete; The swimming pool is large and beautiful, with comfortable sun loungers and a calm atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the spa, which provided complete relaxation after a busy day.The restaurant serves a variety of delicious menu choices, both local and international cuisine. Every dish was presented to perfection, and we felt truly spoiled by the variety and quality of the food. Don't forget to try their barbeque every Wednesday evening — it's very fresh and delicious!Overall, Ikosharold Resort Benoa is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the natural beauty of Bali, and experience world-class service. Very happy to be able to stay at Ikosharold 😍 Beachfront hotel in Nusa Dua which is affordable. (Instead of the two next door 😆) Booking via WA is cheaper 😁 The hotel is comfortable, clean. The rooms are modern minimalist. The TV is a smart TV. The staff are friendly. The service is good. There are 3 swimming pools on the 1st floor and 1 swimming pool on the rooftop. There is a children's pool too. There is a playground and kids club. There is a gym and spa. The beach is clean. The view is good... I stayed in the deluxe sea view room. Can see the sunrise from the room. At night you can see lots of stars. It's really cool... Breakfast is quite varied. Not a lot of variety, but enough. The restaurant is on the beach. So you can have breakfast while looking at the sea. If you want to go to Bali, you should try staying here 😍👍

Rooms: dated, needing renovation, crappy low pressure shower, mold between bathroom tilesService: overall very deficient communication. Laundry wasn't done after being left with them for 36hrs without no communication in the meantime. Door lock wasn't working, needed to re-explain and have someone come to check each time before calling engineering who had a physical key for the door. Wasn't repaired for 12 hours.Location: good local restaurants and warungs. Beautiful vistas.
