(+) Cheap prices. The location is right in front of the beach and also close to other restaurants.(+) Airconditioner works well.(+) The mattress is comfortable and there is also an electric kettle to make hot water.(+) Providing breakfast even though the portions & menu are very minimalist. I always pay extra for "enough" portions.(+) If you stay a while they also sell gallon water. So reducing plastic waste.(-) LOTS OF RATS IN THE ROOM. At night, the septic tank from the toilet smells strong!! even though the door between the toilet and the room is closed.😇(-) Stayed here several nights and I had to sweep & brush the toilet floor myself, because the bathroom water was clogged and of course the beach sand was carried when we went in and out. When I asked the young staff member to just help sweep the room, the answer was "why does it have to be cleaned?" So disappointed. 🙄(-) The toilet seat cover needs to be repaired because it comes off easily.

Very bad experience, we had check in at 2 p.m. and they canceled it half an hour before entering, we had reserved it a month in advance and they canceled it because they rented it to people who came in that day and since we had 3 rooms reserved, it deserved them but it is worth renting it to other people at double the price, I do not recommend it, unless you want to be left without accommodation, I recommend Tentacle Bali cottage (better quality), since they solved the problem for us and charged us the same, when they We tell about our mishap with the other accommodations

Simple clean hut with AC. The location right on the beach is great and the family is very friendly. We have enjoyed coming there again and again for several years.

I had to move out from this stay, as the bathroom was dirty and full of ants, the shower head was so full of scale that the water could not come out, the sink pipe was broken so the water landed on the wall and my feet. The room is dodgy with worn furniture and smells of moth repellent. The staff do not speak English to a minimum level, so I never received my dinner, though I asked for it 4 times. The staff disappeared. Tge main road is very noisy. The sea is nice, tge bunglaow is right at the beach. Overall I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Accommodation with a beach view feels like a private beach 😁 The people are very friendly, the rooms are nice. If it's sandy, that's normal because the room is close to the beach, but brooms are provided in front.After showering, there is also water for rinsing at the beach in front of you.You can relax in front of your room, you can also relax near the beach. Because the seats have been provided.

The location is ok because it is located right in front of the beach. However, unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.First of all, let's talk about the condition of the bathroom. I've never experienced anything this bad before. The bathroom was clogged and even flooded. This is a fairly common problem and should be resolved with better maintenance. However, it seems like the hotel doesn't really care. This is really annoying and reduces the comfort of my stay.Apart from that, I felt very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel room itself. The rooms felt sticky, dirty and even gritty. I understand that this is a small hotel, but that is no excuse for not keeping things clean. Hotel management should be more serious in managing their property, especially because the number of rooms is not too large.I hope, with this review, the hotel will be aware of the issues they need to address. A good location alone is not enough to make your stay a positive experience if service and room conditions like this are allowed to continue. Hopefully the hotel will fix these issues soon for future guests.
