I just tried to check in at this hotel because I was curious about the reviews given.. I had a chance to chat with the hotel and Agoda.. It turned out to be true, the price given in the application was not appropriate, because of that the hotel actually wanted to terminate the contract. with OYO. But OYO is still placing advertisements with the wrong prices. So please don't be blamed for accusations of fraud, earlier I saw that the receptionist was also disappointed because many guests ended up being canceled because of this. For those who say the service is bad, it's not that bad... Maybe they're not in a good mood because they give a lot of bad impressions. Just understand, guys, actually the price of this hotel is 250k... Advice for the manager or owner, please take care of it immediately online so that your reputation doesn't get ruined further :)

The absolute pits.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It is disgustingly dirty. Stained sheets, dirty floor, mouldy room and bathroom, broken furniture, covered in dust. No exaggeration, it’s steps away from seeming abandoned. Seriously, you can smell the mould. I don’t think it would be healthy to stay here.On top of that, the manager is awful. He greets you with a sour face and has no idea what bookings are coming in. He completely ignored me when I asked for a towel and left me standing there while he continued looking at his phone.Other than my friend and I who booked this as a place to keep our bags and shower before a plane, there was a group of local men drinking and smoking around the empty pool. As two women we felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

What hotel is this, the bathroom is really dirty, smelly, the shower is broken, the TV is broken, in the application the price was 140 until the hotel turned out the price was increased, the reason the application lowered the price was not confirmed to them. Yes, if the hotel is clean it's not a problem, but the bathroom is really disgusting. I really regret finding this hotel.

If I could give it 0 star I would. Do not stay here, we booked online and when we turned up they asked for more money, so untrust worthy we had to try and cancel through the app which was a lot of hassle and there were 3 other couples in the same position when we arrived they are literally throwing money away. Awful.

Badddddd!!!! Worst Hotel in the world!!!This hotel is very bad! STAFF very unfriendly! The room has been booked but when checking in suddenly the room is fully booked! No accountability from the hotel and very uncaring! For Mr. SURYA who is said to be "security" acting as "receptionist"!! Fellow Indonesian citizens but this STAFF really has no ethics! Very embarrassing for future tourists!
