At the end of August 2024, I brought a motorbike to two of my friends, Paula and Carla. Before entering the home stay, I didn't see any guards or security guards. Then I went in to meet my friend after leaving the home stay. Suddenly a woman in the stall in front of the home stay was angry. angry, he said he was impolite, a thief, and ungrateful, this kind of attitude makes me uncomfortable going into this home stay, a service business should prioritize service so that guests are comfortable in your home stay, mother, please improve your attitude, mother.

My stay here was simple yet lovely. The family couldn’t be more welcoming and kind. The food here is lovely and good price. The rooms are not the Hilton hotel, but it’s a traditional style. It worked perfectly for me last minute. I could walk to the beach in 25 min or drive 5min. They also have scooters for rent.

i arrived after 2 long travel days and when i get here 10 pm at night ready to shower and sleep they told me it was fully booked , even if i paid and booked through booking they rented it to someone else … they sent me to a hotel with the same owner 20 min drive away , when i got to the hotel they were clueless of what i was doing there until the owner finally answered the phone , i finally checked into my room , which reaked of mold , the towel was stained and there was no water !!! After a long day i was sweaty and really needed a shower and to come home and there s no water to shower or brush my teeth really sucks ..please help , the pillow is alive with mold i dont feel like its fair to pay for such a bad accommodation

Planned to stay here for a week ended up here for most of our holiday! The owners are super friendly and helpful. The Homestay is super quiet and relaxing. Rooms have a lot of space and beds are comfy. Water pressure for shower could be better but other than that a very good value place to be especially if you have a tight budget. The family at the Homestay also run a warung with very tasty local and western food. Will come back here again for sure!

I booked a room with air conditioning on Agoda, and when I went there, they were not aware of the booking. They said that the rooms with air conditioning were fully booked and offered me a room with a fan.I told them that I couldn't stay in a room without a/c. They told me that I could go to another hotel. Which I did.I contacted Agoda for a refund and they tried to get in touch with the guesthouse for days. After 5 days, they said that the guesthouse would not issue a refund.I understand the fact that this guesthouse is managed by people that have no clue about how to use online booking platforms. But the way Agoda treats its customers is shocking.Update: I contacted the guesthouse directly and they sent me a refund.Don’t trust Agoda with helping you with anything, tho.

Sparkling welcome, after having contested the room we were invited to discuss it with the alleged owner, who, gripped by an identity crisis, started screaming like crazy, telling us to speak to the owner (when asked for a contact, she used the selective mutism technique) so confused about what to do we decided to put it away and occupy the rooms we wanted.The structures in prison are probably better, mold and stagnant water are certainly the stars of the interior.Even if you travel low cost, spend €2 more to avoid ending up in this disgrace. Kiss😘
