First time trying to go to Dante House because I thought it was close to work, on my birthday I was staying at Dante House, I saw the room in the photo was very different from the original, first I saw the dirty glass, filled with lipstick marks, then the bathroom glass which was very faded. , and the sink water didn't turn on, plus I couldn't sleep because the AC wasn't working properly. This hotel is not recommended, I give it 2 stars because the rooms and prices don't match!

Unfortunately we had a terrible night here. The room looked like no one had been in it for months. It smelled musty and was very dirty. We first had to let the shower run for several minutes because black lumps came out at the beginning. The bed linen was dirty and stained. The accommodation is definitely not recommended!

Stayed here on May 13, got room 207. Not recommended, the bed had so many mites that the body itched. I didn't sleep all night.In the photo is one of dozens of mites that I encountered

Really good value for money. Centrally located near the Gianyar city center. The rooms and public areas are clean. The only reason I'm giving this review four stars is because the annoying front desk kept calling to remind me to vacate the room before 12. Called several times. I find that a bit intruding. When we confirm to check out before 12, that means we will.

Yesterday I booked with the receptionist there, yesterday I paid 100,000 and then asked for the same account, I was told to send an OTP code, which said I wanted to get a voucher, then my ATM balance was drained, and the ATM was also drained straight away. On the 11th I checked in. I stayed in room 304 305 and in front of my room 303 there were broken beer bottles, bloodstains everywhere and hair scattered (as if something had happened). And every night there was constant knocking on the door of my room 304 and every time I opened it, there was no one there and then it was like that until 3 in the morning.The TV only stays on 1 channel, 1 towel and no soap and shampoo.Thank you Hotel Dante for an unforgettable experience

I checked in on the 11th at night for 2 rooms, the place was dark and when I first entered the room it looked neat and clean but it turned out there were blood spots on the sheets and the shampoo was empty for those 2 rooms. And right in front of room 304 there were lots of broken beer bottles, hair and lots of bloodstains everywhere and there were also curtains (don't know what happened). Even last night I couldn't sleep and it was noisy, there was always knocking on the door non-stop and when I opened it, no one was there.Thank you for an unforgettable new experience at the Dante Hotel

I came here because I had business in Gianyar. The place is a bit inside an alley, so if you don't know this area, just be a little aware because it's dark. but when you enter the place is like a home... in front there is a dining room and swimming pool. there are 3 floors and that's without an elevator. For the 1st floor the rooms are bigger, the 2nd floor is deluxe, the 3rd floor is standard. Please pay attention to cleanliness, the windows are a bit difficult to close, in front of the room there are broken beer bottles that haven't been cleaned, the bed sheets have blood stains that are difficult to remove even though they have faded. only 1 towel was given even though there were 2 people staying.

Prices are quite affordable compared to other places around there...The room I got was clean and the AC worked well. Only the top of the toilet is broken, the lid of the toilet is dirty and there is a leaking hose but it can't be repaired immediately...The TV is a smart TV but can't connect to WiFi, I asked the staff for help but the staff also couldn't connect...I ordered a deluxe room application, it said there was mineral water and a refrigerator, but neither of them was in the room I stayed in...

Stayed 4 days 3 nights every day, got drinking water, last day asked for a drink, no reason was given because ordering from the application, you couldn't drink, even though the app said you could drink, and other staff provided drinks and the service was also good, when you asked for water, you were told to pay 14 thousand, even though it was a facility that was provided. I got it for free, I complained but they said the soup rules were like that and it was still new, I had to ask a senior but there was no solution, and what was strange was that the staff said maybe you could only drink at the first check in, even though you can drink every day, then I said if that's the case, I'll order 1 just for 1 day so I can drink, and the staff said yes it might be like that, bro. The staff said in the app it was only room only and there was no writing on the application that could be reduced even though I had shown my booking on the app and what facilities I would get, but the staff still insisted on saying according to the soup and senior orders. It was very disappointing even though we planned to return to the Dante Hotel but received unsatisfactory service at the last second when checking out.

It's really not good, when you give a torn towel, whether it's for a mat or a towel because there are 2 of the same size but one is torn, it's not worth using a mat! The room smells of shoes, the shower water is small and the warm water is like cold, the bed makes a sound, you just want to lay down using the sound, the pool water doesn't work, it's been around for a few days but why hasn't it been serviced! Enter gg, it's really dirty! There are a lot of empty rooms, ask to choose the one that's quicker to get to, the reason is that it's already booked, even though it's empty... The service is slow, there are 2 people but one is like a big boss, there's a customer who looks at his cellphone while putting his feet up and even looks at the customer, even if he's really a big boss, isn't he? It's worth it like that when there are customers, it's like there's no etiquette!
