I give this 1 star rate because its not fair for the room i paid but didnt get it ! Such a worst.The first 3 days , all okay and great as per booked - Eden room (2572)However , on the 4th , I booked Room with pool access and PAY HIGHER than the Eden room, but we dont get that room. The lady at counter assign us room 1107 and said will replace tomorrow to room with adult pool, then me just oh okay. Then, when we enter the room THAT NOT we booked, the TV not smart tv like in the Eden room. Seriously? WHY I PAY MORE for the room with pool access but get this kind of worst things , like downgrade ! Really spoil my mood already. Worst !

The pictures on the website are beautiful, but the reality is not what the pictures show.First of all, you get what you pay for, and you really can’t force it in this great location, so I give 5 stars for the location.Check-in at this hotel is at 2 pm, but I checked in early at 10 am. The receptionist said that I can check in early and only need to pay IDR 150,000 in cash. And I think this is not difficult for them at all, because this hotel has a lot of rooms and the occupancy rate is not too high, so there will definitely be vacancies, even if you arrive early.But the cleanliness of the room really has a lot of room for improvement. The stools and chairs are made of cloth, and there are visible stains everywhere. It feels like only the bed is clean, because at least the bed sheets have been changed.Air conditioning is of no use during the day and only feels slightly cooler at night.There is no cover in the food area for breakfast in the hotel, the food is cold, and the milk is not kept ice-free. It is very intuitive that the hygiene and freshness of the food need to be improved.It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of all employees is excellent and very friendly. I think the owner of this hotel should not only spend money on renovations, but also give a salary increase to all excellent employees!

The room is a bit dirty, the shower water is ok & the flow is fast, the AC is not cold, the room is quite bright with 2 lights, access to the room is a bit far to the back, the location is strategic, the price is quite cheap. Can't expect more

Stayed 2 nights for an event, located around Kuta, it turned out to be a nice hotel. The room is just right, not too small. There is a swimming pool, motorbike and car parking is in the basement. Varied breakfast on the 2nd floor with a view of the streets of Kuta.

Nice cheap hotel. Rooms are alright. I had a pool view room. Small balcony but enough room to dry your towels and have a smoke. Bed was comfy enough. Has a pool bar which was nice and fun. Pool was big and relaxing. It is a cheap hotel but good value. Would definitely stay here again. Very green inside the rooms aswell. Good location.

Fantastic affordable hotel in a great location. Staff are amazing they're helpful, honest, and attentive. Reza and Whita from the swim up bar not only kept our drinks full but they offered good conversation. These two gentlemen managed to gather a crowed of individuals each day for a daily ritual of pool drinks and laughs. We have made good friends at the bar and we are thankful for that. Juni was amazing also She welcomed us on day one and didn't hesitate in making us feel welcome and brought along more good conversations.Hotel Eden we will be back thank you for the great experience for our first visit to Bali- Kym and Kirilie.

The hotel is very old, dirty as hell, you can tell that no one does any maintenance and it is not cleaned well. The floors have rooms without doors, with black plastic, it looks like a crime scene that gives a very bad feeling, the dirty room is very dirty behind the horrible painting that lights up, I found a condom, without using it, yes, the breakfast is disgusting, no. Next, the tableware is made of plastic from the year one before Christ and not at all clean with traces of dirt from the food from the hotel opening, the food is of very poor quality, the jam, for example, is a kind of radioactive gelatin whose Fruit content is zero, my recommendation for this hotel is that it be torn down and rebuilt. I don't know who gives it the stars, but in Spain this doesn't even reach a highway hostel, those who comment that it is clean and that the hotel is good. I don't want to think about what their houses will be like but don't even think about going to this hotel, good hotel... this is a message for the hotel owners: it's okay that it's old but not full of dirt. The staff is very friendly.
