Newly renovated, much more beautiful than before. There is a rooftop bar with a view of Doi Suthep. And there is an activity room for children staying with the director. A beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful restaurant.

In 2005, I stayed here to visit Room 1502 on the 10th anniversary of Teresa Teng's death. I came back on the eve of the 30th anniversary and had a different feeling. "InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping" to open at the end of 2023It was renovated from the "Imperial Mae Ping Hotel" where the late singer Teresa Teng stayed many times before she died of illness. After the renovation, the number of rooms in the renovated InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping Hotel has been reduced to 240. You can still overlook the distance when you open the large floor-to-ceiling windows. In the old town and Doi Suthep, a hotel that is both traditional and novel. The rooms are of moderate size, the decoration is exquisite, and the concierge is friendly. It is worth recommending.

The hotel has a very local flavor, beautiful and elegant! The service staff are polite and friendly, and are very kind to children. One of the doormen will also draw cute animal pictures for the children. He got the birds and elephants in two days, and he will help move the strollers. The service is considerate! The lobby is great for taking photos, and you can also visit the room where Teresa Teng stayed and have afternoon tea. Although the basic room type is not large, it is quite comfortable for two adults and one child to live in. The wifi speed is very fast and the room is dry and comfortable. Although it is the rainy season, there is no feeling of humidity, and even simple washing of some clothes will dry! The air conditioner can be turned on to be very cold, which is very important in Southeast Asia. After walking outside until you are sweating profusely, it is very comfortable to go back to the room! The toilet has a lot of space, but the countertop is a little smaller and the space for placing it is not large. The shower room has enough space, the flushing water pressure is great, and the bath is very comfortable! The water in the bathtub is also filled very quickly. You can fill the water at any time when you want to take a bath. The water is clean and odorless. From entering the lobby to the room, I didn't see any mosquitoes at all, and I didn't get bitten by mosquitoes when I slept at night, which was great! The soundproofing in the room is also very good. You can play music on the roadside at night and even if it rains heavily, you can fall asleep quietly. It's great!Breakfast is also highly recommended, with Korean, Thai, and other cuisines from various countries. The tableware is very diverse. If you carefully match it, you can take very beautiful photos! Push push!A small flaw, I hope the bathrobe can be changed every day. After staying for four nights, the housekeeping seemed to just fold the wet bathrobe back!
