The room is disgusting, the bed wasn’t clean the bathroom either, hair everywhere, pee still in the toilet. Don’t go there

Nice rooms, new building, clean, complete facilities, including refrigerator, etc. Very good service, friendly employees, very helpful. I really enjoyed staying here, if I go to Bali again I will definitely stay here again, thank you the kumpi

Super worthy. The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the check-in process is not complicated and you can check-in 24 hours. I was worried about reserving this accommodation from Traveloka because the attached contact number couldn't be contacted, but after trying to email the Traveloka team, I was able to get an active number.Note:- This room does not provide bath towels (so please prepare your own towel)- There is no kettle jug to heat water- There are only 4 sockets (1 for the TV, 1 for the refrigerator, 1 next to the bed, and 1 in the bathroom).Overall it was very comfortable to stay here, especially since the location is really strategic, not even 5 minutes from Seminyak beach đź‘Ť

Was overall clean except the pillow had blood stains. The flush wasn't working but the staff was very helpful. Wifi was slow, so couldn't get any work done. Had to go to a cafe. Location was good....walkable to the beach and many convenient stores around.

Book through Agoda in advance, when I arrive at the accommodation I find that there were no rooms available (I had already paid for the room) from the accommodation they did not take care of the refund, so I am waiting for the refund from Agoda. Bad organization of the hotel, I hope it is not on purpose to bill more. Communication to reach a solution was not good as the staff does not speak English. We lost vacation time solving this problem. A shame…

We made a reservation and paid through Agoda. We arrived at the place and they told us that there was no more place. They had sent us a message an hour before checking in and we were already on our way. We traveled from Ubud by Grab to here to be told there is no place. It is a shame. We pay and we have no accommodation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They don't even deserve a star. Don't stay here. SCAMMERS!!!!

I booked the Cove Renata hotel at twice the price here but that hotel is terrible, noisy, and stuffy.In the middle of the tiring and noisy center of Bali, I found this place quiet, clean, and the staff were gentle and friendly. I wanted to hide in this house every time I left the street because the street was noisy and there were people everywhere. also for money!The large windy garden makes me feel so comfortable! Makes the mood light.The room is large, clean and very comfortableThe price is so good compared to this expensive center!I want to share to help the owners and employees here, I also help tourists make the best choiceCome and stay, believe me!The only negative point is that the room's door is not good at blocking noise. In the morning, I wanted to sleep more but the sound of the living garden talking echoed in.
